I would highly recommend Paul and his Team. Great set of professional lads. I called Paul for a quote for swapping an old gas  water heater and replacing the boiler in the utility room for a combi. Paul answered straight away and was friendly and agreed to come look at the job the same day. Paul provided a competitive quote and gave this to me straight away after he had looked at the job. Paul gave me two fitting dates for the following week, one of which was his birthday.  Paul arrived on time with his team and got straight to work. There were a few hick ups due to the house being older, but Paul and the team worked through these without any complaints and completed the job as agreed. There was an issue with the hot water,  Paul agreed to come back out Christmas Eve after he had completed a planned job, which he was true to his word. Paul recommended I call Ideal due to a fault with the boiler, believing it was the water sensor. Ideal arranged to visit boxing day , diagnosed the problem. I called Paul and explained what the engineer had said , Paul told me he would speak with his team. Paul came out boxing day, rectified the problem, and was very polite and professional throughout.

Paul made himself available and was at the house within the hour, he got straight to the task and worked tidily and carefully. Priced competitively -job done. I’m really wary of tradespeople after bad experiences in the past but I had no complaints at all. Would definitely recommend Paul and we will be sure to use his services again . 🙌🏼

Over the years as we all know finding great tradesmen has become a thing of the past but I found Phillipe an he’s son Luke by chance I can honestly say I won’t ever look for any one else !! They have tiled my kitchen my hall way my bathrooms all five of them and if you want videos and photos please don’t hesitate to contact me they are coming back to rebuild my conservatory what a great father an son business. They did not over charge me or even try because when you live in a desirable Property the price goes up so over hall they are great family business

Phil and Luke did an awesome job tiling our kitchen and bathroom. They had a high quality of work with both regular tile and brickslips tile. They were reliable, prompt, and professional throughout the job (which is like finding gold dust among tradesmen). They were by far the best team we had throughout our whole kitchen renovation!

Recently bought my first house, and couldn't get the boiler to work. Rang Ben up who was very friendly and initially offered some steps on how to reset it. It ended up needing a hands on fix though, so Ben came around within the hour and got it sorted! Extremely knowledgeable and professional, will definitely use again. John provided us with an outstanding service. I contacted him in the early afternoon and he attended the same day and completed the work needed. He was so pleasant to deal with, very professinal and did a great job and fixed the boiler in one of our properties that accomodates vulnerable young people. Needed a waste first floor pipe connected up to the stack pipe waste - an odd assortment of non-standard parts used in the construction. John worked out a solution to get the job done in a quick and efficient manner. Will definitely use his services again.

Contacted John with an issue on Sunday evening, he came Monday morning to address the problems, by Friday John and the team had sorted us with a new radiator, new boiler and new bleed valves on all our radiators which were all desperately needed. Kept us informed every step of the way and provided an excellent service. The team could not have been more respectful and careful when they came to do the work, did everything thoroughly and tidied up after themselves as well! Price also cheaper than I expected. I called Sam because my gas fire wouldn't light. I got an appointment promptly and he turned up on time and quickly diagnosed that the fire needed servicing. He did a brilliant job, fire dismantled and thoroughly cleaned. Sam brought covers to protect my furnishings.The fire now works as well as it did when it was new. Tcc recently replaced my old central heating boiler (18 years old) with an eco Vaillant, which runs very quietly ,they were clean and tidy , considerate, explained why certain non boiler features affected the installation, and all within two weeks from first contact, also price competitive. Overall very satisfied

We used TCC heating for the first time recently re our gas fire service. Two chaps attended on time and were very thorough checked everything we were more than pleased and would highly recommend them we live in Boston Spa.

I had a leak on my water cylinder. British Gas did not acknowledge the problem. Even though I was under a service contract. I contacted TCC and they diagnosed the problem straight away, they told me the part needed. I ordered it and they fitted it the day it came. Amazing service and highly recommend

Peter has been doing my boiler servicing and plumbing for a number of years now and I can't recommend him highly enough. When faced with issues within the job he really does go to great lengths to fix them. I had a completely inaccessible kitchen tap that needed replacing. Somehow, he managed to complete the job where others would have long thrown in the towel. He really does things properly with so much skill and experience. On top of this he is a really lovely, no-nonsense guy. He is also very reasonable. Much gratitude to you Peter.

We have used Peter's services several times in the maintenance of our old boiler and the installation of our new cylinder today. Peter has always provided an efficient and friendly service and went above and beyond to ensure we had a new boiler the following day in an emergency situation in which our old boiler had failed. Peter sourced and installed this on the same day without a second pair of hands, having this completed in time to have hot water that afternoon. We will certainly be using him as our go-to plumber long into the future!

Saturday early morning 25/01/2025, it was -3°C outside, and my house, with a 20-month-old toddler, was freezing cold. I called my insurance company to fix the issue, but they said their earliest availability was on Monday. Then, I found P Adams Plumbing & Heating on Google Maps, where Peter answered my call while parked in his car. He was with his kids, yet he still tried to help me out. I explained the issue and told him I was seeing an error on the boiler. He advised me on a few steps to try but eventually asked if we could do a WhatsApp video call so I could show him the boiler. Peter spent some time patiently explaining what to do, and I followed his instructions step by step. Guess what? The hot water and heating system started working again! I’m absolutely amazed that there are people like him, and I couldn’t thank him enough. He didn’t even want to be paid for his help. I just can’t believe someone could be so genuine and kind. Thank you so much, Peter. My toddler is now having a warm bath, and my family is warm again. I would recommend him to everyone, and I hope people treat him well for his incredible kindness.

Peter recently replaced a central heating pump at my mother's house in Leeds. I was super impressed because we thought much more work would be necessary and he down-scaled the work to just the part we needed and did it straight away at a reasonable price. He also threw in a couple of side jobs while he was here and instructed me how to do some optional work that he could otherwise charge for. He also stuck around and worked through difficult circumstances so as not to leave my mother without heat overnight. Overall, a very good experience. Thank you Peter.
