A great service from start to finish. I called to book In a boiler service and was greeted by a very helpful lady who explained the different options available to me along with prices. The service was booked in at a convenient time to myself. On the day I received a message to advise when the engineer would arrive. Engineer was helpful and efficient, and I was provided with reports from my service. I was incredibly happy with the service i received and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family. I have used Union Plumbing and Heating for my first time buy on a property. Not knowing where to go, and knowing the boiler had issues, I wanted a service and repairs making. The engineer was really nice and polite and respectful when he attended my property. The pricing was resonable and one of the packages is exactly what I had in mind. The communication with the head office was spot on as well. I'm really pleased with the overall service of the UP&H and I have already recommended to friends and family.

I called union to fix a radiator in my bedroom, it was fixed but stopped working 3 weeks later. Union came back and sorted the problem and fitted a new thermostatic valve. I didn't have to pay anything the second time. I was very happy about this and would reccomend.

Mark came out to an emergency drainage problem on Saturday evening, quickly identified the issue, got rid of the blockage, cleaned up and then came back the Sunday morning to permanently fix the issue. He is hard working, pleasant, explains what he's doing the whole time and is very reasonably priced. I can't fault him at all, if I could give 6 stars I would. BTW he is busy but if he says he's coming then he is even when it's late in the day.

I’ve been using Mark’s services for at least ten years. He is always punctual, efficient, friendly, totally trustworthy and reasonably priced. I have never had any complaints about his work and wouldn’t consider calling anyone else when anything goes wrong.

Mark was excellent in sorting our broken tap. Came out late in the evening to make it secure and able to function without turning water off. Returned within two days to replace tap. It was so reasonably priced. Honest and genuine. Really friendly guy too. Would recommend. Will use again.

Lee and his son did a fantastic job replacing my old boiler with a combi one. They estimated taking 2 days but with the hard work they put in on day 1 they only needed to do half a day to complete on the 2nd day (and this included spending 3.5 hours locating my central heating pump on day one!!). I trusted them so much I left them a key on the first day to lock up as I was going out. It was a lovely surprise to come home to find out they had fully cleaned up after themselves. I would 100% recommend these guys, they go over and above for the Customer

Great Service provided by Lee and his colleagues when replacing our water heater. Great communication throughout even followed up the day after to check everything was ok. Would definitely recommend using Peak.

The whole team at Peak Heating have been amazing. As part of our project to replace the roof at the centre we have had to move gas pipes. The team at peak heating came out at short notice and provided a quote over the Christmas Period, then completed the work just after Christmas in a timely and professional manner, working around the needs of the centre. We could not have asked for more.

Rang mark at3pm today he was there by 4pm to sort out leaking water pipes under the sink unit. All sorted by 4 30. Cannot believe the fantastic service and reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend. Such a nice polite friendly person

Mark came out on an urgent Sunday call today from the other side of Huddersfield, used the last of his petrol (literally) to get here, and worked up a ladder in the dark, wind and the rain to help us with our soil stack that had come loose in the storm. Can't thank you enough for your help today Mark and I hope the can of fuel was enough to get you to the nearest petrol station! Really genuine and no-nonsense guy. Thank you.

Mark literally saved my life today - my house sprang a leak at 4am and he was out by 8am to fix it for me, and that’s only because I said I’d rather wait and get some sleep. His prices are very affordable, he’s knowledgable about his craft and diligent in getting the job done. Cannot recommend this man enough!

I cannot recommend Mark enough, I was quoted £230 for a job he did for £80. I called him out for a blocked toilet and he was out within the hour. My electric shower wasn't allowing water to flow, but I had hot high pressure water throughout the rest of the house. Mark took the time to assess any electrical faults in the initial unit, and tried to isolate the water to flow through my existing shower. He told me the exact kw needed for the new model, and even recommend what and where to buy from. Mark absolutely went out of his way, not only fitting the new shower but finding a potentially dangerous electrical fault in.my cellar. He would not leave until he knew I had the information to fix my electrics. He didn't need to look at my fuse box but did out of common decency and dudiligence. Thank you so much Mark I appreciate your hard work!

Amazing! Needed a new boiler, Kris came out and quoted same day, excellent price and fitted me in. Turned out I had a gas leak in my property so wasn't an easy job. Kris was brilliant throughout, kept me informed and finally made my house safe with hot water and heating. I cannot recommend his services enough. He's a top bloke, who takes a huge amount of pride in his work which is worthy. Highly recommend and already passed his details on to friends and family. John was very swift in replying to my boiler enquiry and came round quickly. Explained all options available, pricing clear and very easy to work with. Quality of work was excellent and he cleaned up thoroughly after fitting a new boiler so would highly recommend.

John did a very speedy and reasonably priced job replacing a faulty kitchen tap for us. I’d highly recommend him. John has also recently fitted us a new central heating boiler. He helped us select the right boiler for our property, turned up on the agreed day, at agreed time, fitted the boiler in a timely fashion and cleared away our old boiler and any packaging and waste from new boiler. John and the team at JDF have been fantastic. They delivered exactly what they’d promised, and more, but kept within their initial quote. Used JDF for the first time yesterday for a boiler service, John was punctual, very efficient, knowledgeable and good value for money. He spent time walking through other issues we have with our plumbing and plans for future projects offering his opinion on what would be best for us and our house both operationally and financially. My boiler of 22 years packed in. Lee came round the day I rang him and took a look and the advice was to replace it as mine was so old the parts needed were likely to be now obsolete. He did offer to have a look though. He also gave me a quote for a new combi boiler which I was put under no pressure to go ahead with and was given time to think about the quote which was very reasonable and I chose to take this option. One week later, I now have a new combi boiler. Ollie and Jamie arrived on time and fitted my new boiler, taking away the old one and the hot water tank out of the airing cupboard. They were brilliant lads, very professional and very clean and tidy. They also made sure it was all working and connected to my new hive thermostat and that my app for hive on my phone was working to control the new boiler. Couldn’t be happier. House is warm again and the hot water is instant 24/7 and seems to run faster than it did before Thank you so much to everyone. From a first visit to completed installation I couldn’t fault anything and the actual installation only took 7 hours too

I made contact regarding a new boiler quote, there was no obligation but the cost was super competitive so just over a week later my new Gloworm boiler has arrived. The lads were brilliant, on time, very clean and professional. Ensured my Hive was all set up.
