Dr Plumb fitted a gas hob for us recently. He arrived as arranged and fitted the hob. Excellent job. Can't praise him enough.

Woke up to a broken boiler with water leaking from it. Called Micheal and he was over straight away. Considering it was just after Christmas I was so pleased that he came over so early and told me what the problem was. Decided to bite the bullet and buy a new boiler. Was given options and no pressure , and was stunned that Michael installed this on the same day. Huge relief as had plans at home for new year . From initial quote through to finished job everything went seamless. We had a complete new bathroom suite, replacement floor, walls back to bare brick, replastered and tiled. Rang these lads due to a blocked drain that was flowing out in to the street. He advised me he would be with me in just over an hour. Turned up when he said he would and unblocked my overflowing drain in seconds. He opened up all the other drains cleaned out everywhere around the house in order to prevent further blockages. As I had to go out he sent me videos of all the drains from the camera they put through to make sure everywhere was clear and flowing as it should be. Great lads who turned up far quicker than expected and will definitely be using again in the future if required. Very reasonable price also

Union plumbing &heating did an excellent job of fitting our new bathroom. All the plumbers were knowledgeable and polite and even cleared up after themselves at the end of each day. Special mention for Darren for who did all the foundation work, and Lou for really good customer services. I would highly recommend this firm.

I called union to fix a radiator in my bedroom, it was fixed but stopped working 3 weeks later. Union came back and sorted the problem and fitted a new thermostatic valve. I didn't have to pay anything the second time. I was very happy about this and would reccomend.

Had a new boiler fitted and all my radiators overhauled with new valves plus a new radiator in my bathroom! Adam and his friend Dan did an amazing job. When I contacted him he took time to listen to my requirements and suggested a boiler to meet my needs, he quoted very quickly and was true to the quote. He arrived 15 mins early on the agreed day and got straight to work. The job was done to an extremely high standard and he tidied up after himself even relaying a carpet that had to be pulled back. I cannot praise the guys at SOS enough- we had a horrible outside drain blockage which was worse than we thought- the guys really went to work on it using everything- even when I thought this might be a challenge or possibly unfixable- they managed to get the rubber cone off and get more access. It needed further drainage cleared from a main drain at neighbours. But ultimately a job well done. Appreciated greatly Tom and family team.

I can highly recommend Tom from SOS Drainage & Plumbing. He came out the same day I called him, arrived exactly when he said he would, found the blockage, and fixed it within an hour. I had been at the end of my tether because DynoRod had been unable to find the problem and we had been left with an overflowing toilet.
