I called Josh late on a Friday afternoon due to a leak underneath my boiler. He tried to help over the phone straight away, but due to the issue it couldn’t be done. He then made sure someone came out to me as soon as they could, they were very professional and efficient, cleaned up and everything was restored to the way it was when he arrived, after taking flooring up! Would 100% recommend and would definitely use again!

Josh was absolutely great - called him in the morning with an F75 boiler error and he attended that same day. He was clear, friendly and efficient - we were really impressed with the service and asked him if he could complete a boiler service too which was no problem. Will definitely be calling Josh again for any future boiler issues!

Amazing! Sherry came round at first as an emergency to check on our heating system. It was clear we needed a new boiler, he made sure we didn’t go cold by giving us some courtesy radiators which was great. He ordered new system and it was available in a few days, fitted it, talked us through every step of what was going on and how to operate it. Now we are in a lovely snug heated home again! Simple job, could do it myself but it would take much longer and no doubt require tools and parts I don’t have. Sherry turned up, got on his knees reaching pipes my hands would not. Resolved the blockage (coin battery) and then replace the mixer tap - all in all a nice simple job, made to look even easier. Cheers Sherry

Sherry changed our open vent system to a combi boiler system, throughout the job he encountered a number of inherent issues and was quick to offer a solution and still managed to get the job done within the timescale quoted. I would highly recommend his services!

Excellent service from Liam from start to finish. Communication was perfect and any queries or questions were answered swiftly. Liam first replaced my boiler and radiators which were decades old. The bathroom was then converted from a 1960’s original to the lovely new one. Both projects were fairly priced and completed within the time limit I was given. I highly recommend Liam!

We could not of asked for a more professional and stress free installation of our eight new Thermostatic radiators. The advice and communication were excellent. His quote was very competitive. Couldn’t recommend this company more! We needed plumbing work done at home including a completely new boiler, not only did drips quote us a very reasonable price (cheaper than other quotes obtained) but they where very very professional and polite. Very trustworthy and tidy workforce, by the time they finished and left you wouldn’t of known I had any work done, the boys where immaculate and was sure to clean up all mess made & even washed thier mugs I made them refreshments in!!! I recently had my old, leaking boiler replaced, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. The guys worked incredibly hard to get the job done and even helped with a tricky flue location that could have been a real challenge. I have just bought a property and discovered that the previous owners had been having problems with the sewer drains for years. DHM attended my property for a blocked drain on same day. Cleared blockage and sourced 2 problems (broken inspection hatch cover that had dropped into the pipe and a plunger from a drain rod stuck further down the pipe) Both problems found and fixed within an hour. Paul was polite and courteous and I considered his price to be exceptionally cheap! I can’t recommend highly enough and he was actually recommended to me by a Dynorod call handler.
