Karl came to our rescue with an emergency plumbing job early last Saturday morning. We woke up to an external leak from the mains pipe on our front patio & so had to turn the water off while we sourced someone to come & fix it. Karl was prompt with great communication, identified & fixed the problem so quickly & made good the patio after his work. We had a fix & the water back on within 2 hours. Amazing! We were so impressed with Karl and very pleased with his work. I couldn't get anybody to come down to even look at our problem. Found Karl, polite, very obliging and worked all day for us on outside water leak that nobody has managed to find for many years. We were horrified to see driveway paving slabs that looked smashed and broken at lunchtime but by the evening our driveway looked fantastic and you would never know it had ever been destroyed. Would heartily recommend Karl and will do so to any of my friends or family who need such expert help.

Our Old water main lead pipe have a leak over the weekend, I have call Karl from Flow external Plumbing on Monday morning, on 12/ August/2024 a very hot sunny day with over 30 degree. He come straight after our emergency call , he come and start Immediately turn off the stopcock and start digging the front garden unter the extreme hot sunny day He Replace the old lead pipe with a blue plastic pipe . He finish all in the same day by himself. after he finished his work he also clean up nice and tidy And for a really a good price . We are very happy with his wok and will definitely recommend to anyone , That need help from a specialist like Karl.

Sandip has been exceptional - it's not often you get honest, transparent and competitive tradesmen, but sandip ticks all boxes. He lead all plumbing and heating works throughout my newbuild project and separately a full renovation. He found unique solutions and always found ways to give us what we wanted without compromise. However he was firm enough to advise us what was not a good idea, really demonstrating his clear communication. Sandip has gone well above and beyond in sharing tips to ensure all plumbing works and 2nd fixtures are of the highest quality giving us the peace of mind that our showers, bathrooms, toilets and underfloor heating is fit for a very very long time. We are particularly happy about his recommendation about the under floor heating system which has been a treat this winter, and his recommendation on water softners brands and hot water taps, sourcing great deals for us. He has always followed up on any questions we have had from our completion 6 months ago and honestly couldn't recommend him and his works competitively enough! Gas Wiz is probably the remaining honest and efficient company in the Plumbing business in London. I had a problem with my boiler and everything that was relevant for the repair, was assessed before the visit. When Sandip came to my house he was fully aware and prepared. He fixed the boiler, charged an honest and fair amount and even followed up on the next day. All other companies will charge you for going to the house just to look at the boiler, despite whatever you tell them. Sandip is different, I told him the Fault Code, what happened, and he went to the house to promptly help. A top notch professional!

Incredible team. Couldn’t believe how fast they were and what a great job they did. They somehow made my bathroom feel about 50% bigger. They talked everything through as well so I felt at ease. Mike and his team were amazing from start to finish. Mike was very quick to answer our enquiry, came and provided a quote for the work and was excellent in his communication in terms of start date, how long the work would take etc. The final price was the same as the quote and Mike was extremely flexible in terms of what we ordered, where from etc. No pressure at all. They completely gutted our existing bathroom, helped with sourcing and installing a new wet-room style shower with new units and tiling. Nothing was too much hassle and they kept us informed at every stage, asking for our opinion and being guided by our style. We would not hesitate to use Mike and his team again and the pictures really show how excellent their work is!!

He is always fast to respond to a ‘call for help’ even if it means he will be working outside business hours to solve the problem and fix it. I was impressed with MML's service. I spent a while phoning around trying to find an engineer to service my boiler and fix a leaking joint. I was let down numerous times by various local engineers with lame excuses on why they never showed up or others who did not respond.. I contacted MML and immediately received a response, a booking for the next day with email confirmation, lovely. Engineer turned up on time, knew his stuff, explained everything. Did the most thorough service of the boiler I have seen, fixed the leak. Very clean and efficient. Very happy with the cost and glad I have a decent company to call when I have issues, unlike a lot of the chancers out there.
