Mark was very experienced and located the issue straight away. Popped the manhole lid and got to work. Very efficient an very reasonably price. Talked us through what he was doing and kept us updated throughout. Would recommend.

Mark came out to an emergency drainage problem on Saturday evening, quickly identified the issue, got rid of the blockage, cleaned up and then came back the Sunday morning to permanently fix the issue. He is hard working, pleasant, explains what he's doing the whole time and is very reasonably priced. I can't fault him at all, if I could give 6 stars I would. BTW he is busy but if he says he's coming then he is even when it's late in the day.

Mark was excellent in sorting our broken tap. Came out late in the evening to make it secure and able to function without turning water off. Returned within two days to replace tap. It was so reasonably priced. Honest and genuine. Really friendly guy too. Would recommend. Will use again.

We’ve had 2 bathrooms and a new boiler done by Tom over the last couple of years. He’s amazing. Super organised and efficient, turns up exactly when he says he will, does the job perfectly and leaves everything neat and tidy. He also coordinated the joiner and tiler making the bathroom projects super easy. Thoroughly recommend him

Tom has just completed a full bathroom refurbishment for us and we’re really pleased with the results. His attention to detail is second to none. The high standard of finish to his work is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable, reliable and communicated all his plans really well with us. He was always here when he said he would and he was very tidy whilst he worked. The contractors he commissioned for tiling, electrical work and plastering were equally high standard and we wouldn’t hesitate to ask him for any other plumbing work or to recommend him to friends and family. We had a few issues left for us in our new house and Tom was brilliant. Came the next day and sorted everything quickly and efficiently. We will be using Tom to fit out new bathroom in the new year!
