Lou has been really pleasant to deal with. He is very friendly and affable. He is good at what he does and the end result of what we've had done is very good. Little or no mess and he cleans up after himself - and for an OCD house cleaner like me, that is much appreciated. No hesitation in recommending him to others.

Rang Thermoman in evening as my boiler stopped working . He came out first thing the next morning and quickly sorted the problem out. I then arranged for it to be serviced the following week. Excellent service provided. We had no hesitation in using R Toomes & Son due to them carrying out works for friends and family members in the past. We required a complete replacement heating/water system which involved the removal of an old back boiler and pipe work including the first stages of a bathroom installation. This work was carried out during a time the house was empty so installation was a bit easier thanks to carpets and floorboards already up in places. The 4 man team were extremely polite and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others for similar work.
