David from Clarkes recently fitted a new boiler for me. From the initial valuation for the work (which was fair, prompt and clearly explained), to the installation - everything was professional and completed to a high standard. David understood my needs and situation to recommend the best boiler for me. Throughout the installation David worked in a professional and thorough manner. Overall a really professional job. A first rate experience with this company. They attended to fix a boiler breakdown the very next morning and from the first moment was fantastic. Arrived exactly when agreed, was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. All issues fixed and boiler repaired and serviced as well as additional remedial work identified if we wanted to do that at another time. Really happy with all aspects, communication, quality of the work and price. Thanks alot, we will certainly be using this company for all our future heating needs.

Fantastic service. The engineers kept us informed of the work they were doing throughout, and made suitable recommendations for work to be carried out at our next service. They were very tidy in their work and were not phased by our cats zooming around because there were 'strangers' in the house.

Annual boiler service completed today. This company’s communication on reminders and updates are brilliant. The service engineer was very courteous and was a very clean and tidy worker. Very happy with this company.

We first came across David 13 years ago when he was recommended by mutual friends. He serviced our old back boiler, (which it turned out was doing it's best to kill us), & we then engaged him to install a new boiler, all necessary pipework & radiators, in exchange for a combination of money & a LOT of Custard Creams. Since then, we have relied on the company to regularly service, & less-regularly repair, our boiler at a very monthly reasonable cost. As David's company has expanded, we have had different engineers attend, all of which have been exemplary & knowledgeable. As an example of the lengths the company goes to, our boiler,. (in the extension attic space), went offline when my disabled partner was alone at home, (I was in Scotland), & couldn't access the device. Clarke's sent an engineer from Faversham to Folkestone just to switch the boiler on & resolve the issue, THE SAME DAY they were contacted. You won't find better service than that. David recently came out to see us to fix an issue & to service the boiler; still the same great service & reasonable pricing. If you're in their catchment area, don't bother going elsewhere; these guys are at the top of their game. Highly recommended.
