Josh and his team fitted a new bathroom for me recently. I would like to say what an amazing job they have done and how happy I am. Josh communicated with me through-out and even came up with some ideas I wouldn’t have thought about. What a fantastic service! We employed Frankie & Joe to install a new boiler in our “new to us” house in Faversham. Rarely will you meet two such polite & caring tradespeople and the standard of work! Amazing! Frankie apologised about having to place the gas feed pipe outside, then promptly made it a piece of art with brass fittings, then polished the copper pipe!! Kitchen tap was badly leaking, found Adams number on google search typed in local plumber he was at my house in 30 minutes and job was done ASAP. He Saved the day as water everywhere. Very professional and would recommend to friends.

Adam has over the past over the past few years fitted new bathrooms , a shower room and a new boiler/heating system in my home . He is an extremely capable ,experienced , reliable ,trustworthy and tidy worker .He has also been readily available to solve any heating or plumbing problems i have had .

Adam has just installed a new radiator for us plus dealt with a leaking joint we had plus a further small one he detected whilst here. He previously installed and regularly services our boiler plus completely refurbished our bathroom. Always does an excellent job and leaves it all clean & tidy. Highly recommend. After nearly thirty years of my central heating “just being not quite right” my boiler started to make horrible noises and cutting out as overheating. Looking at the good reviews SDP had, I called them in and Darren gave the boiler the once over and concluded it was in good nick so he took a look at the 3-way valve and pump. I couldn’t believe it when he said within moments that the pump was pushing the water the wrong way around the system. It looks likely that has always been the case in my 56-year old house but has been missed by two experienced plumbers who revamped my system in 1998 and again in 2014 when we had a new boiler. I’ve always had to bleed the system multiple times in the year and on colder times the boiler struggled to get the heat where we needed it. Darren told me these are symptoms of the wrong water flow where my vent pipe is actually sucking air into the system. Already my system has improved; the boiler sounds better and is working as it should, no air in the system and we’ve already taken the thermostat down 3 degrees as everything is warming as it should. Darren was in and out within the hour, is a thoroughly nice decent bloke and clearly just knows his stuff. Its like when you find a good trustworthy mechanic for your car, you hang onto them. I’d definitely return to Darren and SDP in the future and have already recommended them to numerous friends and relatives. If I could give more than five stars…. I would!

Contacted SDP plumbing for fitment of a new boiler as they had always done good work for the firm that I work for in the past. They came out in less than a week removed the old boiler and fitted a new one. Fast, efficient and friendly service. Dan was very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m extremely pleased with the service and price.I would definitely use them again as my first choice for any plumbing that I need.

We were having trouble with the thermostat on our underfloor heating. I called Alert Plumbing as they had come highly recommended by colleague and they called me straight back on a video call so they could guide me through a couple of things and have a look at issue. This saved the need of an unnecessary and expensive call out should there be a quick fix. Impressive! They were able to see exactly what was what and have a good idea of what was needed straight away with a time frame for coming out to complete the work. They were polite, prompt and communicative and willing to come out in the first place to assess previous boiler which was on the blink (no mean feat at this time of year!). Central heating stopped working on Friday 13th! My usual service engineers could come the following Tuesday but would not do any work, just inspect the fault. Even though they know us as a trusted customer, they wanted £70 up front before visiting. I found Pro Plumbing randomly on line. I called Rob for the first time. He was obviously busy and I did not leave a message. He called back within half an hour and popped 'round later that day, tested and diagnosed the fault and promised to sort it Tuesday at the latest. On Monday he sent Brendan who fixed the fault and had tge system working again within an hour. That's what I call service! I will be switching all my heating and plumbing services to GM Pro Plumbing.

I have used CS Heating & Plumbing since 2021 and I can't recommend them highly enough. They have provided their services to my business regularly, efficiently and they are always on time. On occasion it's been at very short notice but they have been able to accommodate. Mainly because they are small enough to care but big enough to cope. Paul in the office is a credit to the company, he always goes above and beyond and as a result we have a great working relationship. All the engineers are friendly, professional, hardworking but most importantly take pride in their work. It's hard to find the same level of service from a 1 man band and CS Heating always do a fantastic job while remaining reasonably priced.
