So pleased that we have found a reliable plumber after moving to Herne, Adam came out a few months ago when we had a problem with the boiler, he then came back and gave the boiler a thorough service at a very reasonable price, today he came to isolate our gas hob ready for it to be replaced by an electric one. Adam has just installed a new radiator for us plus dealt with a leaking joint we had plus a further small one he detected whilst here. He previously installed and regularly services our boiler plus completely refurbished our bathroom. Always does an excellent job and leaves it all clean & tidy. Highly recommend. Damian, very professional, competent plumbing Engineer, sound advice, not pushy. Supplied and fitted a water softener that had made an enormous difference to the quality of our water. Plus they do have after care service ( supply of salt blocks and filter changing etc) which is just as important as the installation. Would highly recommend ( and have already done so with a relation)

We had a leaking waste pipe into our basement and 1st Aid Plumbing were there pretty immediately, located the issue, got it fixed, cleaned and sanitised really quickly. Excellent service. Would recommend without hesitation.

After calling 1st aid plumbing, Joel came out to repair our plumbing issue within 2 hours. What we initially thought would be a relatively simple job , uncovered a not so simple job and a leak. Joel was absolutely brilliant, fixed the leak and piping issues. Cleared up afterwards and was very polite and professional. Thank you ever so much and will definitely use 1st aid plumbing again in the future !

A real problem totally resolved. Jordan responded to our urgent request, arrived on time, assessed the problem and set about a resolution. It became a greater challenge as the job progressed but Jordan remained focused on resolving the issue for us. He was totally professional, stayed until the job was completed to our full satisfaction. I recommend him with the full belief that he will continue to offer excellent service, so much so that we are contacting him to carry-out some now non-urgent work for us.

Jordan responded at short notice to fix a leaking pipe connection which was dripping water through the new kitchen ceiling. It had been installed badly by another plumber only weeks earlier. Jordan also rectified the outside condensing pipe (also done by the other plumber) which not only leaked but wasn't regulation anyway. Jordan was very professional and polite and I'll use him for all my heating/plumbing in the future. Already recommended him to my neighbour.

We called JPS out due to the boiler having stopped working - because of all the heavy rain. Jordan came out quickly to assess the situation, he was prompt to diagnose and set about ordering the necessary parts. Once the parts were in, he ensured he came back to resolve the issues. We really appreciated him working late, doing all the gas safety checks and issuing a safety certificate.

We were having trouble with the thermostat on our underfloor heating. I called Alert Plumbing as they had come highly recommended by colleague and they called me straight back on a video call so they could guide me through a couple of things and have a look at issue. This saved the need of an unnecessary and expensive call out should there be a quick fix. Impressive! They were able to see exactly what was what and have a good idea of what was needed straight away with a time frame for coming out to complete the work. The guys were out within in a really reasonable time frame and fixed the problem at a super reasonable price too! Thank you Noel and team!

Central heating stopped working on Friday 13th! My usual service engineers could come the following Tuesday but would not do any work, just inspect the fault. Even though they know us as a trusted customer, they wanted £70 up front before visiting. I found Pro Plumbing randomly on line. I called Rob for the first time. He was obviously busy and I did not leave a message. He called back within half an hour and popped 'round later that day, tested and diagnosed the fault and promised to sort it Tuesday at the latest. On Monday he sent Brendan who fixed the fault and had tge system working again within an hour. That's what I call service! I will be switching all my heating and plumbing services to GM Pro Plumbing.

We have used CS Plumbling to do both our annual gas safety checks and emergency repairs in our rental and for our own domestic repairs, for around 4 years now. Every time both the office team and the field engineers are polite, personable and very helpful with advice and tips. The cost is very reasonable and always preceded by a quotation which helps with knowing what you're paying for. Would totally recommend, hands down. Or up. Hands up in happiness?
