Brilliant plumbing company!! rate them 100% Requested some help from Dan for some leaks and general plumbing works that had been accumulating and he was immediately responsive, provided excellent communications throughout and had the time and patience to diagnose the source of a couple of complex leaks in an older barn type property (ensuite & old copper pipes in tricky spot!). Took on a job that others would turn down. Service like this is a rarity these days! Once works agreed Dan assigned a couple of his team and completed the works fast, efficient, friendly and cleared up after.... Dan has great rapport and considerate to his team which is evident in the quality service they provide. Would have no hesitancy using them again for any job, large or small.

Excellent company with wonderful staff. We would highly recommend Wes, Gen and the team. Trustworthy, friendly and super accommodating. We contacted Systematik Ltd (through a random google search for plumbers) for a one off job just over 4 years ago and they were so superb we have been using them regularly ever since. What a find! Our company has many properties and no job is too small or large for them. Whatever and whenever we need refurbishments, a plumbing/heating issue fixed, they are there and sorting it for us. Damian, very professional, competent plumbing Engineer, sound advice, not pushy. Supplied and fitted a water softener that had made an enormous difference to the quality of our water. Plus they do have after care service ( supply of salt blocks and filter changing etc) which is just as important as the installation. Would highly recommend ( and have already done so with a relation)

This must be the millionth time Ethan came to the rescue. The first time was a year ago after we had another plumber damage our home. Ethan and his team corrected all the leaks and damage. The most recent time, my hot water was not coming out. Arrived on the same day, as they said. As always clean, wear foot protectors so respect the clients home. A real problem totally resolved. Jordan responded to our urgent request, arrived on time, assessed the problem and set about a resolution. It became a greater challenge as the job progressed but Jordan remained focused on resolving the issue for us. He was totally professional, stayed until the job was completed to our full satisfaction. We called JPS out due to the boiler having stopped working - because of all the heavy rain. Jordan came out quickly to assess the situation, he was prompt to diagnose and set about ordering the necessary parts. Once the parts were in, he ensured he came back to resolve the issues. We really appreciated him working late, doing all the gas safety checks and issuing a safety certificate.

Jordan responded at short notice to fix a leaking pipe connection which was dripping water through the new kitchen ceiling. It had been installed badly by another plumber only weeks earlier. Jordan also rectified the outside condensing pipe (also done by the other plumber) which not only leaked but wasn't regulation anyway. Jordan was very professional and polite and I'll use him for all my heating/plumbing in the future. Already recommended him to my neighbour.

So pleased that we have found a reliable plumber after moving to Herne, Adam came out a few months ago when we had a problem with the boiler, he then came back and gave the boiler a thorough service at a very reasonable price, today he came to isolate our gas hob ready for it to be replaced by an electric one. Adam has just installed a new radiator for us plus dealt with a leaking joint we had plus a further small one he detected whilst here. He previously installed and regularly services our boiler plus completely refurbished our bathroom. Always does an excellent job and leaves it all clean & tidy. Highly recommend. After nearly thirty years of my central heating “just being not quite right” my boiler started to make horrible noises and cutting out as overheating. Looking at the good reviews SDP had, I called them in and Darren gave the boiler the once over and concluded it was in good nick so he took a look at the 3-way valve and pump. I couldn’t believe it when he said within moments that the pump was pushing the water the wrong way around the system. It looks likely that has always been the case in my 56-year old house but has been missed by two experienced plumbers who revamped my system in 1998 and again in 2014 when we had a new boiler. I’ve always had to bleed the system multiple times in the year and on colder times the boiler struggled to get the heat where we needed it. Darren told me these are symptoms of the wrong water flow where my vent pipe is actually sucking air into the system. Already my system has improved; the boiler sounds better and is working as it should, no air in the system and we’ve already taken the thermostat down 3 degrees as everything is warming as it should. Darren was in and out within the hour, is a thoroughly nice decent bloke and clearly just knows his stuff. Its like when you find a good trustworthy mechanic for your car, you hang onto them. I’d definitely return to Darren and SDP in the future and have already recommended them to numerous friends and relatives. If I could give more than five stars…. I would!

The service I received was exceptional. I asked SDP to come as I thought I had one issue with my heating, but they quickly and expertly diagnosed that this was a symptom not a cause. Then they spent time and went to great lengths to ensure that everything was in full working order. Without their expertise and willingness to get the job done, I would not have been able to ensure my Christmas guests were warm and had plenty of hot water. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

What a fantastic service! We employed Frankie & Joe to install a new boiler in our “new to us” house in Faversham. Rarely will you meet two such polite & caring tradespeople and the standard of work! Amazing! Frankie apologised about having to place the gas feed pipe outside, then promptly made it a piece of art with brass fittings, then polished the copper pipe!! Highly recommended, no photos as our work is as neat & tidy as those previously posted. Thank you Quadrant.

An overview of my personal experience of the respective company: Mr Dean Pugh has proved himself to be a consummate professional, having undertaken tasks of a range of sizes. I had originally located ‘DRP Plumbing and Heating’ via another well-known review site and although based in Ashford his target area did indeed cover Kent as a whole. The primary task was the selection and installation of an energy efficient boiler (with as long a manufacturer’s warranty as possible) by a 'Gas Safe' registered engineer of long-standing. Given just how positive the pre-existing reviews were, I included his in a round of quotations. Dean readily inspired the essential level of confidence and the task was duly assigned. His attention to detail proved to be second to none and the boiler has indeed been a very sound investment in the years since. It was also pleasing to note the importance placed by Dean on leaving the installation area in a very tidy condition (which cannot, unfortunately, always be assumed these days). A couple of years later I found that my bathroom cistern had developed a really annoying slow leak; without hesitation I again called upon DRP’s services and the issue was rectified very promptly.
