Fred completed an annual service on my boiler in February 2023 in Faversham. Very punctual, straightforward and easy to work with. Referred by Heat Geeks. Clearly knows their stuff on heating controls, heat pumps and efficiency. If I were looking to replace or upgrade my heating / hot water system I know where I would turn for advice.

Fred, Darren and the new plumber (sorry don't know his name as yet) have been responsive, helpful and professional. When they have other work commitments they have tried to fit us in and when it's been urgent have giggled their appointments. Very reliable and knowledgeable and reasonable charges.

EXCELLENT experience all round. Of all the tradesmen I've been getting to know in and around the Medway Fred and Steve were easily the most professional, solid with their work and tidy in their clean up afterwards, and expert with advice about if and what to change about our heating system to make it more efficient. Found them through heatgeek and that recommendation was worth every penny. This isn't just your local plumber that's good for fixing leaks (though I'm sure they do that well). These guys know heating systems inside out, you can talk to them about building heat loss and discuss boiler choice and setting the existing one so as to optimise the system in your house. They even dealt with an emergency when an unrelated electrician damaged some piping they recently worked on. Cannot recommend enough, will 100% return for more in the future.

Really good service, John is efficient and friendly with excellent subject knowledge and happy to explain all the options available. We have had a new boiler fitted with pipe work as well as a water softening system. John is reliable, arranging times and dates to suit and is happy to undertake both large plumbing jobs such as new boilers and also smaller jobs like replacing broken sink wastes. Would definitely recommend bees knees plumbing.

I contacted Jon after previously using his services with a washing machine waste pipe blockage. I didn't expect things to go the way they did so I'll explain! I sent over photos of my setup and asked for a quote, however, Jon assured me I could make the repair myself with a few parts he linked me to, he sent me several voice messages with instructions and tips so, I got the parts ordered and with my newfound confidence, tackled the job in hand. Despite my reservations, the job went exactly as it should have and, it works! Jon is as honest as they come, he could've taken my money as I'm sure many would have, instead, he empowered me and has as a result won a customer for all future gas or plumbing jobs plus future recommendations. Priestfield Plumbing sorted out two straightforward but very urgent repairs at rental properties for me including a flooded kitchen on a Saturday afternoon and another tenant with no hot water. Great to deal with. Flexible on timings. Both jobs carried out quickly leaving tenants happy with the rapid repairs. Highly recommended.

Charlie is an expert at his work. You can't go wrong with him. I had a leak in the bathroom and one other plumber failed to resolve it. It took sometime to get an appointment with Charlie but once he came, the work was flawless and reasonable pricing as well.

These guy's renovated the entire bathroom, fitted a brand new bathroom suite, pump, walk in shower, tiling, furnishings etc. Absolutely fantastic service, quality workmanship, great guys, careful when accessing the rest of the house, kept everything clean and tidy throughout the works. I called Josh late on a Friday afternoon due to a leak underneath my boiler. He tried to help over the phone straight away, but due to the issue it couldn’t be done. He then made sure someone came out to me as soon as they could, they were very professional and efficient, cleaned up and everything was restored to the way it was when he arrived, after taking flooring up! Would 100% recommend and would definitely use again!

Medway Plumbing should be the standard of service all tradespeople should aim for! Arrived on time (including a requested 10min till arrival tx) removed my hideous gas fire and "whilst he was here" fixed a leaky toilet pipe and a fully downstairs toilet will no mess or fuss! Moving forward this will be the only plumber I would use! I have already asked for quotes on another couple of jobs! just excellent!

Brilliant Plumber - very knowledgeable and at a good price. Had a airlock in the pipe, he came out next day and traced the problem to the source and fixed it.

We had a wonderful experience with Stewart at the Kent plumber. Stewart is a knowledgeable & professional multi trader who completely redesigned three rooms in my house, being, my en suit bathroom, main house bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. This included taking all three rooms back to bare brick and starting again. From start to finish we felt that he really understood what we wanted in our designs, he was helpful and full of tips and suggestions, for example, I had never thought about having a bath with no taps! and nothing was too much trouble. All major work was completed to an exceptionally high standard. He is friendly, reliable, trustworthy and fairly priced. I am quite particular in my home and they have always fitted pipework underground for me, no other company I tried offered me this. Fantastic and careful service. Kev took out the old bathroom we inherited when we moved last year, put us in contact with a plasterer and a tiler and came back to install a whole new bathroom suite. He listened to what we wanted and advised on the best way to have it done. Then he got on with it. He channelled out a wall to fit a new shower, even prepared the hangings for our toilet roll holder and pulled up the old floor tiles as he “had the tools out anyway.” It wasn’t an easy room to work in but he worked swiftly and with care. We had originally called him out as the old bath was leaking and the sink’s mixer tap was moving around. He advised us on the most affordable solution as we were planning to replace the whole suite. That’s why we chose Kev when we finally had time to have the whole room done. He’ll be doing the kitchen too 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Kev is a really nice guy! He came round at a moment's notice on the weekend to replace our toilet. He recommended a supplier and everything was finished very quickly. He has always had 5 stars.
