Rang Paul at 9.00am and by just gone 10 he rang to say he could fit me in between jobs regarding issues with two toilets we had. He came straight in and fixed both toilets with no fuss. Also whilst he was here fixed two taps that needed looking at. Cannot recommend him enough. Will deffinately use Paul again as most plumbers are only interested in redoing your whole bathroom! Excellent service thank you.

I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience with the boiler engineer who installed my new boiler. They were absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and got the job done in just 2 days. I was seriously impressed with their skills and the quality of their work. Not only did they take great care of my home, but they even cleaned up after and took everything away i was left with a clean new boiler no marks on my doors or floors. Talk about going above and beyond! Now, my new boiler is working like a champ and I couldn't be happier with the results. We are very pleased with Wayne of the Boiler Engineer who is always on hand to help, and service our conservatory gas heaters. Wayne and his team of engineers are always helpful and arrive when they say they will, unlike some major utility companies! Recently had a new boiler fitted by Ryan and Ki from Aquaheat. We were really pleased with the service from getting a quote to having the work carried out. Clean, tidy and professional service. Their aftercare service is also exceptionally high quality, we called up in the afternoon due to a noise coming from the pipes after fitting and an engineer was out the next day to resolve it. We would definitely recommend this excellent local business.

My son had Aquaheat install a new boiler in his home 2 years ago and he was extremely pleased with the whole experience. Now it was my turn as my old bungalow needed its hot water and heating system updated. Lee came round to access the set up and came up with a solution which was sympathetic to my bungalows needs. The appointment was made within a week and to their word a young man turned up called Matt, what a lovely young man and ever so easy to get on. Matt got on with the work and i must say i honestly don't think he stopped working even when we were having our little chats which i miss. Matt showed allot of respect to me always checking on me and making sure i was OK and offering to make me a coffee. The work was completed and Lee came by to check all was good . The whole process was very clear and carried out with care shown to me and my little old bungalow. PS I have offered to adopt Matt and he is a wonderful young man and a credit to Aqauheat.

Lee and the whole team at Aqua Heat have been fantastic from start to finish. From our initial enquiry through to completion took only 9 days and considering it was a ‘stress purchase’ due to water coming through the ceiling it couldn’t have been made simpler and easier for us. Our engineers Matt and Mike were professional, tidy, polite and showed great pride in their work and attention to detail which we really appreciated. Highly recommend.

Chris came to replace our broken tap very quickly. Went out of his way to make two trips to the buy pieces that were needed and I hadn’t bought. The job took a longer due to the plumbing being very old he didn’t rush it and did a great job. Very professional and so helpful. He even did a little job that he noticed needed doing. Chris did a first class job in installing a new kitchen sink for me. It was not the simplest of installations, but Chris did an excellent job working round the problem. Would happily use Chris again and would recommend his services.

I had never heard of ABC, but, luckily, my husband who works in the trade had and what a little gem it is! The showroom is spotless, full of great quality stock and lots of inspiring layouts. There is almost too much to choose from and we actually ended up choosing an exact copy of one the bathrooms on display, right down to the tiles on the floor and the wall. Everything we needed was available there, a complete one stop shop. Mark was fabulous and able to talk “trade” with my husband whilst still understand and interpret my wants and needs for our bathroom. I am beyond delighted with the quality of every piece that we purchased. Everything came together seamlessly, there were no problems with delivery and our bathroom is simply perfect for us. Now, when I go on holiday, the 2 things I miss the most are my own bed and my shower. Thank you to Mark for inspiring us, understanding us and exceeding our already high expectations.

Even when I changed my mind on the basin at the last minute they found a solution quickly and efficiently, nothing was ever too much trouble. We have been using this Company for many years now. Michael together with his excellent tiler Gary Rhodes have just finished 3 reburbs; one was to our downstairs wet room the other two the upstairs on-suite shower room and the main bathroom. What a great job everything ran like clock work on both counts re tiling and fitting of new showers and towel radiators etc. We are so please with all the work carried out and all on time.
