Ryan and his crew were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Their work is first class and I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again. They not only removed our old leaky shower, disposed of the rubbish, and installed a new one but they laid new flooring. I can thoroughly recommend this firm.

Called in the hope someone could fit a new kitchen tap & source a leak & Ryan said he could have one of his lads with us in 2 hours….just over an hour later someone arrived….extremely polite, boots off & straight to work! I called Beaumont Plumbing Solutions in the morning and within an hour he called back with the good news one of his team would be there in 30 minutes. Ethan turned and was extremely polite and after reviewing the shower tray, which was a problem for many plumbers, he went straight to work and the blockage within 30 minutes cleaning the area as he was leaving. Such a service is hard find and I will be using them for my plumbing works.

Kitchen tap was badly leaking, found Adams number on google search typed in local plumber he was at my house in 30 minutes and job was done ASAP. He Saved the day as water everywhere. Very professional and would recommend to friends.

So pleased that we have found a reliable plumber after moving to Herne, Adam came out a few months ago when we had a problem with the boiler, he then came back and gave the boiler a thorough service at a very reasonable price, today he came to isolate our gas hob ready for it to be replaced by an electric one. Was recommended to Charlie by someone else in the trade. Had been let down badly by another plumber (from check a trade) going AWOL. Then Charlie made room in his schedule to step in and help. He replaced shower tray, new wall panels and enclosure, as well as boxing in pipes. All plumbing seems good so far, end result is that he has done a fab job, attention to detail and finish 👍 we are very pleased. Also cleared up after! Will definitely use Charlie again. Thank you 😀

Charlie did a complete batheoom makeover for us. He was reliable, professional and carried out all the work to our satisfaction. Very happy to recommend this company - found that I needed Stove rope and glue. All the parts available, very quick postage. Perhaps could have done with some tape to seal the cut end of the rope but all now successfully installed and working ready for Winter

I have used CS Heating & Plumbing since 2021 and I can't recommend them highly enough. They have provided their services to my business regularly, efficiently and they are always on time. On occasion it's been at very short notice but they have been able to accommodate. Mainly because they are small enough to care but big enough to cope. Paul in the office is a credit to the company, he always goes above and beyond and as a result we have a great working relationship. All the engineers are friendly, professional, hardworking but most importantly take pride in their work. It's hard to find the same level of service from a 1 man band and CS Heating always do a fantastic job while remaining reasonably priced.

Jim and his team took out the two old boilers and water tanks in our house and installed one new one joining up the two systems including the fresh water inlet. He gave excellent and very practical advice about planning the installation and his team were faultless during the work. They made great efforts to ensure we were not inconvenienced and were really tidy enabling us to continue to live in our house without too much disruption. The end result is really good. The water pressure is so much better than before and you would not know that they have carried out such extensive work. They even managed to retain one of our showers which we thought we would have to replace. I have used On Tap for many years and they have always been excellent.
