Charlie did a complete batheoom makeover for us. He was reliable, professional and carried out all the work to our satisfaction. He was very responsive to a few snagging issues (expected on all large works) and has sorted everything for us. We are very happy with our new bathroom. Would recommend Charlie!

We have been using Victors for a while now and are really happy with their work. We have had a bath/shower room installed, new radiators, numerous issues resolved and much more. Charlie is always on time, turns up when he says he will, very communicative and if we have an issue he deals with it immediately. We’ve built a great relationship and wouldn’t use anyone else. Was recommended to Charlie by someone else in the trade. Had been let down badly by another plumber (from check a trade) going AWOL. Then Charlie made room in his schedule to step in and help. He replaced shower tray, new wall panels and enclosure, as well as boxing in pipes. All plumbing seems good so far, end result is that he has done a fab job, attention to detail and finish 👍 we are very pleased. Also cleared up after! Will definitely use Charlie again. Thank you 😀

Called in the hope someone could fit a new kitchen tap & source a leak & Ryan said he could have one of his lads with us in 2 hours….just over an hour later someone arrived….extremely polite, boots off & straight to work! Nick has done a few jobs for us recently, including draining the system, fitting a new valve and checking pump and boiler. Absolutely fantastic service at short notice. I needed a new boiler in a rental and had 2 days before in coming tenants were due to start tenancy . I was in a total panic, but Shane , john and Luke saved the day . Highly professional, neat , tidy and fairly priced job . Would highly recommend. Shane was extremely helpful in my hour of need .

We needed a last minute gas check and certificate . Shane emailed us back straightaway and fitted us in the next week. The certificate was emailed the next day. Brilliant, super speedy service. Definitely recommend.

When I called Fineline the phone was answered straightaway and the call was handled sympathetically and very efficiently. Shane and his assistant came out and dealt with our issue the next day. Excellent service from Joe and the team. I was rather pitched in with Transcrew accidentally as my previous installer went bankrupt after doing the survey and Joe stepped into the breach. Joe was able to identify issues with the previous survey, some of which would have affected efficiency, some which were frankly undoable. I would strongly recommend Transcrew purely on this basis alone. They don't dabble in Green energy, they specialise in it. This can focus can significantly improve the performance of your system. During the actual install they were prompt, pleasant and very professional. They got the work done with a minimum of fuss and mess and followed up with the appropriate paperwork in a very timely manner.

Transcrew are very knowledgeable about all heating systems including all the new technologies. I was very pleased with the advise and work carried out by them on our heat pump system.
