We are very pleased with Wayne of the Boiler Engineer who is always on hand to help, and service our conservatory gas heaters. Wayne and his team of engineers are always helpful and arrive when they say they will, unlike some major utility companies! I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience with the boiler engineer who installed my new boiler. They were absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and got the job done in just 2 days. I was seriously impressed with their skills and the quality of their work. Not only did they take great care of my home, but they even cleaned up after and took everything away i was left with a clean new boiler no marks on my doors or floors. Talk about going above and beyond! Now, my new boiler is working like a champ and I couldn't be happier with the results.
