What a fantastic service! We employed Frankie & Joe to install a new boiler in our “new to us” house in Faversham. Rarely will you meet two such polite & caring tradespeople and the standard of work! Amazing! Frankie apologised about having to place the gas feed pipe outside, then promptly made it a piece of art with brass fittings, then polished the copper pipe!! Highly recommended, no photos as our work is as neat & tidy as those previously posted. Thank you Quadrant.

I called Beaumont Plumbing Solutions in the morning and within an hour he called back with the good news one of his team would be there in 30 minutes. Ethan turned and was extremely polite and after reviewing the shower tray, which was a problem for many plumbers, he went straight to work and the blockage within 30 minutes cleaning the area as he was leaving. Such a service is hard find and I will be using them for my plumbing works.

Had an urgent issue with our immersion tank leaking a lot of water and ruining the flooring and room underneath. Steve and co turned up less than 24 hours after i first noticed it and had the issue fixed in 10 mins. He was super helpful and efficient, would definitely recommend.

We are very pleased to have recently used Richard & Joe to install a replacement Oil Boiler, Hot Water Cylinder, all the Radiators & Valves and Control System; bringing us into the 21st century. From the initial contact to the completion of the work, the Weatherall & Wyles team were very professional, friendly & quick to answer my questions. The quote was competitive, the quality of the work was excellent & carried out to schedule. I was initially concerned to have the Power Flush, however, there were no leaks & having seen how much sludge had been in the pipes, I would now recommend a Power Flush. At the end of the installation the house was left tidy with all the rubbish removed & Richard ensured I knew how to use the New Control System. Ian connected up my underfloor heating and pump and then filled the system. He arrived on tme, kept me informed about what he was doing and things that would need to be done differently than planned, as well as doing some extra bits that I hadn't asked for but made my life much easier. He is clean and honestly priced, I.E no random charges and I knew what I would be paying before he turned up. He was recommended to us and I'd have no hesitation to recommend him to others. In fact I will be getting him back for the next stage of our project.

Ian has fit boilers for me in 2 different properties and I have had no issues with them. He arrives on time and explains exactly what he is going to do. I have not been charged any more than my original quote. I have recommended him to 2 other people who have subsequently had boilers fitted and have also had no complaints. He is very knowledgeable about different boiler systems and helped us decide which type was best for us to install.

Ian (Eno) Blackwell has done various plumbing and heating jobs for us, over several years, including total replacement of our old boiler and installation of a new Worcester combi boiler and all the related pipe work. He always explains what's going on, gives realistic estimates and invariably arrives on time, and always cleans up after the job. In addition. he is very polite and courteous. I would recommend him very highly.

Always had a great experience with Ian. Thoroughly professional and gives his expert technical opinion on any issues without trying to over-complicate. His team did a great job overhauling a large bathroom and 2nd wet-room in our home recently - along with installing new rads, re-conditioning / power-flushing our central heating system and resolving some other heating issues. Very reasonably priced and just a genuinely pleasant gentleman to deal with. Rare to find good plumbers / heating engineers in London but Ian is definitely an exception. Would highly recommend.

We first came across David 13 years ago when he was recommended by mutual friends. He serviced our old back boiler, (which it turned out was doing it's best to kill us), & we then engaged him to install a new boiler, all necessary pipework & radiators, in exchange for a combination of money & a LOT of Custard Creams. Since then, we have relied on the company to regularly service, & less-regularly repair, our boiler at a very monthly reasonable cost. As David's company has expanded, we have had different engineers attend, all of which have been exemplary & knowledgeable. As an example of the lengths the company goes to, our boiler,. (in the extension attic space), went offline when my disabled partner was alone at home, (I was in Scotland), & couldn't access the device. Clarke's sent an engineer from Faversham to Folkestone just to switch the boiler on & resolve the issue, THE SAME DAY they were contacted. You won't find better service than that. David recently came out to see us to fix an issue & to service the boiler; still the same great service & reasonable pricing. If you're in their catchment area, don't bother going elsewhere; these guys are at the top of their game. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service. The engineers kept us informed of the work they were doing throughout, and made suitable recommendations for work to be carried out at our next service. They were very tidy in their work and were not phased by our cats zooming around because there were 'strangers' in the house.

When we first approached Smart Plumbing about changing them, Ian came and recommended a separate company for supplying the radiators which we really appreciated as they were a great price compared to what we had seen elsewhere. We used Smart plumbing recently to reroute the shower from tank to combi. We were told it would take 3 days , during which time the water and heating would be off. I have used CS Heating & Plumbing since 2021 and I can't recommend them highly enough. They have provided their services to my business regularly, efficiently and they are always on time. On occasion it's been at very short notice but they have been able to accommodate. Mainly because they are small enough to care but big enough to cope. Paul in the office is a credit to the company, he always goes above and beyond and as a result we have a great working relationship. All the engineers are friendly, professional, hardworking but most importantly take pride in their work. It's hard to find the same level of service from a 1 man band and CS Heating always do a fantastic job while remaining reasonably priced.
