Kitchen tap was badly leaking, found Adams number on google search typed in local plumber he was at my house in 30 minutes and job was done ASAP. He Saved the day as water everywhere. Very professional and would recommend to friends.

Adam has just installed a new radiator for us plus dealt with a leaking joint we had plus a further small one he detected whilst here. He previously installed and regularly services our boiler plus completely refurbished our bathroom. Always does an excellent job and leaves it all clean & tidy. Highly recommend. We now only let Adam carry out any work required to our plumbing & heating system.

Adam has over the past over the past few years fitted new bathrooms , a shower room and a new boiler/heating system in my home . He is an extremely capable ,experienced , reliable ,trustworthy and tidy worker .He has also been readily available to solve any heating or plumbing problems i have had .

Adam installed a new shower and fixed a few other plumbing issues for my elderly mum. He was on time, very professional and friendly. Excellent service, would recommend and we'll use him again for any further plumbing jobs.

My late husband and I had used Roots in the past at our previous home for fitting a cloakroom and partial refurbish of a kitchen. So when I needed an over bath shower fitted in my new home Roots was my first call. As always the team were welcoming, friendly and accommodating. This was a simple low budget job but they understood that I needed it done quickly. The parts were ordered and the job was completed within a week. The service as always was courteous, professional and of high quality.

Just had a sliding door wardrobe fitted by Keith in conjunction with Roots. So very pleased with the product and Keith who fitted the wardrobe was extremely professional, hardworking and diligent. He spent time ensuring our wardrobe was correctly fitted and took pride in his work. The extreme opposite to Hammonds who recently fitted a bedroom for us. In comparison their workman was lazy and careless causing damage that needed repairing.

I called Beaumont Plumbing Solutions in the morning and within an hour he called back with the good news one of his team would be there in 30 minutes. Ethan turned and was extremely polite and after reviewing the shower tray, which was a problem for many plumbers, he went straight to work and the blockage within 30 minutes cleaning the area as he was leaving. Such a service is hard find and I will be using them for my plumbing works.

This must be the millionth time Ethan came to the rescue. The first time was a year ago after we had another plumber damage our home. Ethan and his team corrected all the leaks and damage. The most recent time, my hot water was not coming out. Arrived on the same day, as they said. As always clean, wear foot protectors so respect the clients home. Brilliant plumbing company!! rate them 100% Requested some help from Dan for some leaks and general plumbing works that had been accumulating and he was immediately responsive, provided excellent communications throughout and had the time and patience to diagnose the source of a couple of complex leaks in an older barn type property (ensuite & old copper pipes in tricky spot!). Took on a job that others would turn down. Service like this is a rarity these days! Once works agreed Dan assigned a couple of his team and completed the works fast, efficient, friendly and cleared up after.... Dan has great rapport and considerate to his team which is evident in the quality service they provide. Would have no hesitancy using them again for any job, large or small.
