Just had some emergency work undertaken on our combi boiler and VSmart connection. Brilliant work by GPS Plumbing & Heating Ltd. They were quick, efficient, polite and extremely helpful. Perry Vincent came out on a Sunday and then again with a colleague on Monday. Both appointments were pre-arranged. Not only was Perry on time but both times he rang 30 minutes before arriving. He also sorted out our related apps on our phones which we both (hubby and wife) had issues with. Perry also rang a day later (today) to check all was ok. I highly recommend. We have no personal connection with the company. We will definitely contact them if needs be in the future and have already agreed to an annual service for the boiler.

Perry and the team installed a new replacement boiler for my mother and did an absolutely first class job for which we were very thankful. I was dealing with Perry on the phone from London and he continually kept me abreast of what was required, when the materials would arrive and found positive solutions for the job in hand. He then came and completed the job over the course of a weekend and allayed any anxieties my mother had. Would thoroughly recommend these guys. Thanks again Perry!

Milcol Plumbing and Heating did a brilliant job of our new bathroom. Joe and Marc are meticulous workers and do put their customers first. Milcol organised all the trades needed to make our installation successful; they also took the time to make a few suggestions they felt would make a difference: this included replacing the rather flimsy bath side panel provided with the suite we purchased with a far more sturdy alternative, they just went the extra mile with everything. Recently had a new boiler fitted by Ryan and Ki from Aquaheat. We were really pleased with the service from getting a quote to having the work carried out. Clean, tidy and professional service. Their aftercare service is also exceptionally high quality, we called up in the afternoon due to a noise coming from the pipes after fitting and an engineer was out the next day to resolve it. We would definitely recommend this excellent local business.

From the initial call out to the final installation of our new boiler it was so smooth. The diagnostic guy was fair didn’t push having a new boiler gave clear advice. The lady on the phone from start to finish was so professional and efficient. One the day Ki and Matt arrived welcomed me with a handshake, respected my property. They installed the boiler quick and so clean no mess, mats laid down to protect the floor. They are a credit to the company!! My son had Aquaheat install a new boiler in his home 2 years ago and he was extremely pleased with the whole experience. Now it was my turn as my old bungalow needed its hot water and heating system updated. Lee came round to access the set up and came up with a solution which was sympathetic to my bungalows needs. The appointment was made within a week and to their word a young man turned up called Matt, what a lovely young man and ever so easy to get on. Matt got on with the work and i must say i honestly don't think he stopped working even when we were having our little chats which i miss. Matt showed allot of respect to me always checking on me and making sure i was OK and offering to make me a coffee. The work was completed and Lee came by to check all was good . The whole process was very clear and carried out with care shown to me and my little old bungalow. PS I have offered to adopt Matt and he is a wonderful young man and a credit to Aqauheat.

An overview of my personal experience of the respective company: Mr Dean Pugh has proved himself to be a consummate professional, having undertaken tasks of a range of sizes. I had originally located ‘DRP Plumbing and Heating’ via another well-known review site and although based in Ashford his target area did indeed cover Kent as a whole. The primary task was the selection and installation of an energy efficient boiler (with as long a manufacturer’s warranty as possible) by a 'Gas Safe' registered engineer of long-standing. Given just how positive the pre-existing reviews were, I included his in a round of quotations. Dean readily inspired the essential level of confidence and the task was duly assigned. His attention to detail proved to be second to none and the boiler has indeed been a very sound investment in the years since. It was also pleasing to note the importance placed by Dean on leaving the installation area in a very tidy condition (which cannot, unfortunately, always be assumed these days). A couple of years later I found that my bathroom cistern had developed a really annoying slow leak; without hesitation I again called upon DRP’s services and the issue was rectified very promptly.

I've been a happy customer of DRP for more than ten years, Dean did the 9th consecutive annual boiler service before Christmas which was again undoubtedly amazing. Through my observation, DRP withheld a high standard of service from beginning, I got prompt response, quality service and the work area was kept clean every time. Dean has been our go-to plumber for the last eight years. He has done a variety of plumbing work for us over the years and I recently called him about a leakage in one of the pipes where the hot water cylinder is and also a leakage from one of our radiators. He responded promptly and came over to have a look and identified the cause of the problem and fixed it very efficiently as usual. His customer service is excellent; he is very curtiuos, understanding and helpful. Competent, knowledgable, clean and tidy. Very professional. Dean is an honest and reliable guy and I have always found his quotes to be very competitive. Finding a tradesman you can trust and build a relationship with when it comes to repair and maintenance work is a big plus and Dean is one of those people. We would thoroughly recommend him and will call him again when we need any plumbing work undertaken.

Rang Paul at 9.00am and by just gone 10 he rang to say he could fit me in between jobs regarding issues with two toilets we had. He came straight in and fixed both toilets with no fuss. Also whilst he was here fixed two taps that needed looking at. Cannot recommend him enough. Will deffinately use Paul again as most plumbers are only interested in redoing your whole bathroom! Excellent service thank you.

Same day call out for what I thought was damp/a minor leak but turned out to be very (!) cold pipes and plasterboard under the kitchen sink. Fast, efficient, tidy. Highly recommended for emergency and other plumbing work.

Absolutely fantastic plumber. After waiting months for a different plumber to just give me quote I decided to try someone different and Andrew was recommended through our builder. He surveyed and gave me a quote within a week and with our first child arriving any day he quickly found time in his extremely busy schedule to accommodate us. We wanted to replace our old log burner boiler to something more modern and baby friendly. He recommended an electric boiler with new pressurised cylinder as we had no mains gas and oil/lpg would be much more expensive to install and difficult in our particular situation. His team did the work within 2 days and were very tidy and their work was excellent. They are coming back to do work on a new outbuilding of ours and I now would not call anyone else.

This must be the millionth time Ethan came to the rescue. The first time was a year ago after we had another plumber damage our home. Ethan and his team corrected all the leaks and damage. The most recent time, my hot water was not coming out. Arrived on the same day, as they said. As always clean, wear foot protectors so respect the clients home. He always thoroughly explains what the issues are so its all understood. The only plumbers I trust. Thankyou once again.

I called Beaumont Plumbing Solutions in the morning and within an hour he called back with the good news one of his team would be there in 30 minutes. Ethan turned and was extremely polite and after reviewing the shower tray, which was a problem for many plumbers, he went straight to work and the blockage within 30 minutes cleaning the area as he was leaving. Such a service is hard find and I will be using them for my plumbing works.
