The service I received was exceptional. I asked SDP to come as I thought I had one issue with my heating, but they quickly and expertly diagnosed that this was a symptom not a cause. Then they spent time and went to great lengths to ensure that everything was in full working order. Without their expertise and willingness to get the job done, I would not have been able to ensure my Christmas guests were warm and had plenty of hot water. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Darren was polite, thorough and did a fantastic job overall. I would like to especially praise the whole set up of SDP Plumbing. From start to finish the process has been easy and highly efficient. After nearly thirty years of my central heating “just being not quite right” my boiler started to make horrible noises and cutting out as overheating. Looking at the good reviews SDP had, I called them in and Darren gave the boiler the once over and concluded it was in good nick so he took a look at the 3-way valve and pump. I couldn’t believe it when he said within moments that the pump was pushing the water the wrong way around the system. It looks likely that has always been the case in my 56-year old house but has been missed by two experienced plumbers who revamped my system in 1998 and again in 2014 when we had a new boiler. I’ve always had to bleed the system multiple times in the year and on colder times the boiler struggled to get the heat where we needed it. Darren told me these are symptoms of the wrong water flow where my vent pipe is actually sucking air into the system. Already my system has improved; the boiler sounds better and is working as it should, no air in the system and we’ve already taken the thermostat down 3 degrees as everything is warming as it should. Darren was in and out within the hour, is a thoroughly nice decent bloke and clearly just knows his stuff. Its like when you find a good trustworthy mechanic for your car, you hang onto them. I’d definitely return to Darren and SDP in the future and have already recommended them to numerous friends and relatives. If I could give more than five stars…. I would!

Ethan and Sam helped me create my dream bathroom, they were friendly, helpful, highly-skilled and efficient. This must be the millionth time Ethan came to the rescue. The first time was a year ago after we had another plumber damage our home. Ethan and his team corrected all the leaks and damage. The most recent time, my hot water was not coming out. Arrived on the same day, as they said. As always clean, wear foot protectors so respect the clients home. He always thoroughly explains what the issues are so its all understood. The only plumbers I trust. Thankyou once again.

I called Beaumont Plumbing Solutions in the morning and within an hour he called back with the good news one of his team would be there in 30 minutes. Ethan turned and was extremely polite and after reviewing the shower tray, which was a problem for many plumbers, he went straight to work and the blockage within 30 minutes cleaning the area as he was leaving. Such a service is hard find and I will be using them for my plumbing works.

Brilliant plumbing company!! rate them 100% Requested some help from Dan for some leaks and general plumbing works that had been accumulating and he was immediately responsive, provided excellent communications throughout and had the time and patience to diagnose the source of a couple of complex leaks in an older barn type property (ensuite & old copper pipes in tricky spot!). Took on a job that others would turn down. Service like this is a rarity these days! Once works agreed Dan assigned a couple of his team and completed the works fast, efficient, friendly and cleared up after.... Dan has great rapport and considerate to his team which is evident in the quality service they provide. Would have no hesitancy using them again for any job, large or small.

Kent Coast Heating recently installed a combi boiler in my loft, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Sam and Paul did a full heating re-plumb of our 1960s 3 bed semi recently, also reconnecting an old boiler to tide us over through winter and re-plumbing some hot and cold pipes that were pretty rickety. We're really pleased with the work, everything's been working as expected with no issues. Sam and Paul were very attentive to details when re-laying the pipes, explained all the work and helped us pick out the right new radiators. They even pointed out some adjoining safety issues with the electrical rewire done previously by another contractor and helped sort this out by moving the pipework slightly. The work was finished on time, work areas left tidy and the costs on work and materials were clear and transparent. Overall we'd be really happy to work with Sam and Paul again.

Totally professional and finished a complex job on time and successfully. This was a job that every other plumber had turned down because of its complexity. Paul and Sam have a lot of experience and were prepared to take it on. They worked non stop for a week and barely took a break. When they hit a snag three days in, they involved me in the discussion, came up with alternatives to the original plan and nailed the solution with no drama. The job entailed lifting most floorboards and carpets in the house. When they were finished I couldn’t tell they had been in the house. I can’t recommend these guys enough and will use them every time above anyone else. Fantastic!

We are very pleased to have recently used Richard & Joe to install a replacement Oil Boiler, Hot Water Cylinder, all the Radiators & Valves and Control System; bringing us into the 21st century. From the initial contact to the completion of the work, the Weatherall & Wyles team were very professional, friendly & quick to answer my questions. The quote was competitive, the quality of the work was excellent & carried out to schedule. I was initially concerned to have the Power Flush, however, there were no leaks & having seen how much sludge had been in the pipes, I would now recommend a Power Flush.
