Contacted via local heroes as Homecare couldn't undertake the boiler service. Excellent responsiveness, arrived on time, showed good knowledge and skill identifying an issue needing to be corrected, Documented the service fully unlike previous Homecare Service. It’s the end of November 2020, Christmas is nearly upon us and we are in “Lock Down”, what other pressure do we need? How about a split in our very large hot water cylinder!! One phone call to Brian Watson of Swanson Plumbing & Heating and he immediately came to our rescue!
