No BS, and a very tidy second washing machine water and waste install

My toilet broke and the noise of it constantly filling was unbearable. We tried British Gas under our repair contract and they couldn’t get anyone out for three weeks. I called 1st Aid Plumbing on a recommendation from a friend. They got back to me within an hour and came round the same day. Not only did they drive back out to get the right part, they came straight back, fitted it and left our bathroom spotless. Absolutely brilliant service. 5 star.

I have got leak under sink and boiler was making funny noise. They have installed new pipe for leak and sorted the non functioning part in boiler. Job was done with care n clean.

Life becomes so much easier when one finds the perfect plumber: That plumber is minded to be responsive rapidly, and is able to do the needed job perfectly: He does not tell you that he can come to your aid in three weeks' time, etc. He comes the next day, or even on the same day. His reasonable charge is made only for work done and parts supplied. I have found the perfect plumber in Damian and Joel Magdalena, father and son, of 1st Aid Plumbing. The obviously very knowledgeable Damian has passed on his professional nous to Joel. I presume that Joel's mannerly and pleasant approach also runs in the family. Joel did his second major job for me yesterday. He worked tirelessly for three hours at least. And he supplied the indispensable installation I did not even know I needed. He left my flat when the job was done to his satisfaction, i.e., perfectly, and to mine. I commend Joel of 1st Aid Plumbing warmly and sincerely to all.
