Simply put Brad is fantastic - his quality of work, attention to detail and communication is first class. Brad undertook a full rip out and replacement of our one pipe system converting it to a two pipe flow and return - installing an unvented system, boiler and multiple radiators. As long as he’s around he will be undertaking all plumbing work at our property and have no need to source an alternative - we highly recommend him

Lucas undertook some our boiler service and additional smart thermostat installation. As always, he was quick to give guidance and advice and always prompt to reply to any questions I have. First class service - I would not use anyone else.

He has fitted a new boiler, and has now serviced it, he reminded me and again fitted me in when convenient with me. Couldn't recommend Lucas enough. We had an issue with the pressure gauge on our boiler and found Precise Plumbing and Heating through trust a trader. He fitted us in that week, arrived promptly and fixed the issue in good time. He was friendly, thorough, explained everything clearly and answered any questions we had. Exceedingly good work attention to details. And very helpful. Would have no hesitation in recommending Tony Jacobs installed a Hive for us, it regulates our hot water and heating, the beauty of this is I can control it from my mobile phone especially if we are out for the day. The heating has been off and we can tweet it to come on so the house is warm when we go home. THANKYOU Tony for another great job. Tony fitted a new bathroom and a new boiler for us. He is very professional and explained all the options to us and gave good advice. Sean from Brian's plumbing came to investigate a problem with our hot water system. Spent time checking everything and advised was a fault with our water softener and advised us to contact a water softener engineer. Problem with our dishwasher which Sean checked and advised this can sometimes happen, run it again and if it happens again, give us a call. He was right, no problem. An honest trustworthy company and we would not hesitate to deal with them again.

Brian's company were fab, they came out the same day that we called them, and a new boiler was fitted 3 days later. The staff were friendly, helpful and friendly. Would heartily recommend this company for plumbing issues.
