Stopped for coffee and breakfast bun. Excellent coffee and the Belgian type bun so fresh and yummy. The welcome was good, parking easy and plentiful. It was pouring with rain outside and it felt fab place to have visited instead of walk we’d planned.

Overnight stay before heading to Southampton Docks and we weren't disappointed. Lovely room, helpful staff. Had a lovely meal in the pub of the evening. Our serving staff were Kerry and Georgia, nothing was too much trouble for them. It was a very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Had breakfast on the morning of departure which was more than substantial . Would definitely stay again.

Not on the main road (a bit quieter, but easy to miss the turn), plenty of parking in the day. We had a nice lunch, but did not stay, although the hotel part in a separate building looks ok.

We had a meal with my husband. He ordered koftes and steak. I have ordered spicy prawn as a starter and main course pan fried hike fish. They were all good, fresh, tasty and served well. At the end we also had dessert, it was lovely. Thanks for amazing chef Lukas and the team. They are all friendly. Atmosphere is peaceful, nice and clean.

One of the best meals I've had in ages. Friendly service. Happy to alter the dishes for food allergies. Left to loiter after meal, without being rushed, but it was quite quiet. Ideal venue, and great food if you are visiting Harbour Lights Picturehouse or want food outside of the Harbour Hotel.

We had an absolutely Christmas themed afternoon tea with delicious sweet treats as well as savoury sandwiches and - of course - fluffy tasty scones with cream and jam.

This rooftop bar is located on the top of a hotel. The atmosphere is really nice with views across the harbour and ocean village. Recommend coming here for some food but I would say don’t have too high hopes on all dishes. Service is okay but they don’t bother topping up your wine if you order a bottle. our waiter spilled it a bit which is okay but it wasn’t busy at that time. Overall a lovely experience and nice location. I had a tropic negroni but it didn’t particularly stand out. Along with a chicken supreme which lacked flavour and was instead boiled and covered in chilli as there was no flavour to it. Could be better but the best part was the wine 🍷 3 hours free parking for guests. Would come back for drinks.

Came here for a quick coffee and dessert with my mum. Loved the speedi service - just order on the app with your table number and that's it! Wonderful scenery when the weather is right. Lots of GF/DF options!

Was taken here for a birthday breakfast, lovely views , and a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were cheerful and amazing. Board games too , quick game if Scrabble while we were there . Will definitely visit again

We were recently visiting our flat in Ocean Village and stopped in to Maritimo for a lunch, before a long journey on the road. This bar/restaurant is always a great atmosphere ... it's got funky music, funky vibes, great food and friendly staff. All right on the marina, with beautiful views. It's buzzing in the evenings with a cool feel to it. We just had a couple of burgers - I had the Lounge Bacon Cheeseburger with a Moretti beer and my wife had the more modest Lounge Burger. Both were cooked perfectly, and tasted amazing. We saved room for a pudding, so we split and order of churros - with salted caramel and chocolate dipping sauces with cinnamon dust also. Topped off with a two cappuccini ... perfect. You can't go wrong ... you'll love it there.

A great steak house, and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. They have a little something for everyone and I would highly recommend a visit, if you love a decent steak. Overall, it was a very enjoyable evening.

Came for a special date night and was overall impressed. The fillet steaks were cooked to perfection (one blue and one medium rare) and were full of flavour. Possibly best fillet I've ever had. Peppercorn sauce was also delicious and good texture. However, the chips were very disappointing and were quite oily and soggy. When it said triple cooked I expected crispy, might be a preference thing for me. The breads and dips were also very good but the croquettes were a little dry for me and wouldn't have those again. What really made up for those few negatives were the drinks. The cocktails were delicious and possibly best espresso martini I've had. The lighting was a bit harsh too, it didn't feel very intimate which given the Saturday night and also fact it's not cheap was a shame. I will definitely go back again one day but at the price, it's a treat not a regular dining experience.

A Hidden Gem in Southampton! The restaurant's signature dishes feature locally sourced, dry-aged beef. We ordered a rib-eye steak and a sirloin, and both were perfectly cooked to a medium doneness. The exterior was beautifully seared and crispy, while the interior remained juicy and tender. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Thanks to Noel for his friendly and attentive service. We can't wait to return!

It is for me a five star experience overall. Excellent Food, Service, and Atmosphere. I had the lamb roast, the anise glazed carrots were so delicious that they didn’t taste like carrots, it was divine - each bite was moreish, as was the side of cauliflower cheese. The second time I’ve had cauliflower cheese like that as a side. And it did not disappoint. The grilled tender-stem broccoli was freshly made, cooked but crisp. I found a new love for Yorkshire pudding and the gravy that I mopped up with the pudding. I think the only slight disappointment I had, was the roast potatoes, delicious don’t get me wrong, but they were a bit hard and difficult to cut. But that didn’t take away from my dish. Compliments to the Chef. The service was on another level. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile and looked after. The staff did an exceptional job. .. best service I’ve had so far, truly they all were lovely and just added to our experience and atmosphere. They had live music and perfect lighting that gave a warm ambiance, which created a great atmosphere for us. I must say that made for something I had not really experienced. And it was really special. I could not contain myself as I snapped pictures of my family who enjoyed the experience thoroughly.

Figurati has a great vibe and a very cosy feel (love the decor). We received great service from the team and our food was very high quality. They also took into account my special request as it was my partner's birthday – not all restaurants cater to this, so it was a genuine surprise and really made the evening. Would highly recommend; it's a little pricy but well, well worth it, especially for the right occasion.

We had a lovely meal here. It was a little noisy when we first arrived due to music and just lots of people chatting. My trout was delicious. (As were the other meals). Reasonably priced food; lovely, friendly staff. We parked over the road and walked over. Would definitely come back again!

We had the most fabulous lunch here today as a group of 10 adults and 2 children. When we arrived the staff noticed that we were handing out our wedding invitations to our friends, and came to ask a member of our party if we were there for a special occasion. Our friends told them that we were getting married later this year and so they brought out a "Congratulations" plate with miniature desserts on for myself and my fiancé, after our mains. I've never known a restaurant to be so wonderfully thoughtful! We were so surprised and so delighted. Aside from that, the food and drinks were absolutely fantastic, the staff were attentive and friendly, and service was very fast. The decor is also really lovely, as an added bonus! Totally faultless. Thank you so very much for a memorable experience and we will definitely be back again!

We visited The Bold Forester for Sunday lunch, and from start to finish we were incredibly well looked after by the entire team. The roasts are extremely good - I had the porchetta which was really lovely and was a generous portion. I only wish we had room for dessert as the cakes looked great too. There were also a good range of local beers available. As noted on their website The Bold Forester is dog friendly. If indoors you'll be sat in the bar area but as the weather was nice we opted to sit outside instead. Water was provided for our dog without us even asking which was a lovely touch.

Out for a walk in the New Forest and we decided last second to go into here for some food. From the moment of walking in the staff couldn't do enough to make you feel welcome. We chose to sit in the snug area which was almost too comfortable! Food wise couldn't fault it and highly recommend the steak & ale pie. We plan to be regulars here now.

Being popular, this restaurant is very busy and staff are extremely helpful. Overall it’s worth a visit.

First time at Cosmo, and I will definitely return again! So much choice and the way the place is set out with the cooks being behind the counters where food is served they won't be getting in your way and they can see quite quickly if something needs topping up or replacing. We visited at lunchtime on Saturday booked for 12:30, I thought we wouldn't have to book, but yes, we did! I recommend booking whenever you want (unsure about weekday lunch) Where else can you enjoy a lovely Gammon Roast with lovely pieces of sushi, ribs, and a slice of pizza all on one plate! Will be returning, and we live around 40 minutes away.

It has the atmosphere you would expect at an international buffet. Buzzing and not very quiet. But that’s part of the fun isn’t it? 😌 The food was actually very nice and I was happy with the choices as well. The desserts could have been a bit better I thought though. The staff was very kind and helpful. The ambiance and the interior is attractive and the restaurant is suitable for any kind of a group such as family or friends or colleagues. It is a popular place for birthday celebrations and other kinds of celebrations as well. They had Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Mediterranean and a few other cuisines. I’d recommend this to anyone! 4 stars since I thought the table and the chairs could have been a bit more thoroughly cleaned after the previous customers.

This place is one of my favourites within the New Forest and Southampton area. The bar staff are amazing and welcoming. Always ready for a chat and a dance to the live bands they have on regularly. Dogs are welcome and always loved x the ladies are absolutely amazing here.

Absolutley delicious and cooked to perfection, yummy crunchy pork crackling 😋. Plenty of vegetables, friendly atmosphere 👌😊 highly recommend.

Very well made food and as I asked for no mushrooms they gave me no mushrooms the waiters / bar woman were very polite and gave me a little chuckle. All around an amazing afternoon.
