Dinner for Four. Lovely atmosphere. Great service and attentiveness. Quality of the food was excellent. Best lamb Shish I’ve had. The portion sizes were good. Felt suitably full after 3 courses and had 1 drink each. Prices were a little high at £190. Will definitely go again but stick with 2 courses for affordability. Overall the experience was excellent.

Friendly staff, went out of their way. Absolutely delicious food! Highly recommend, nice to have somewhere posh to go in Gosport. Also good kids menu

This is truly one of the finest restaurants in the area. Despite being open for just three months, the level of service and attentiveness is absolutely exceptional. Lizz is simply special, the food and service impeccable. We arrived and the restaurant was extremely busy but within 10 minutes we had drinks and munchies on the table. We went for two starters one of which we sent back but the problem rectified in minutes in a very professional manner.The garlic mushrooms were extremely nice and very hot which was fantastic.My wife went for a vegetarian dish which she absolutely loved. I decided on chicken skewers which were done to perfection and the seasoning of the chicken superb. We absolutely loved it. The staff were very polite and attentive even tho it was extremely busy. We loved the experience but some friendly advice book your table in advance. Thank you for such a pleasant evening and beautiful food and it doesn’t break the bank it’s extremely well pitched price wise. The toilets were extremely nice and a lovely bar area to chill. Difficult to say how brilliant this restaurant is. Special in every way and can’t think that we have ever eaten a more amazing lunch. So fabulous that we made another reservation before we left!

What a divinely tantalising selection of flavours for the taste buds and eyes! Nathan and Evie provide a relaxed setting with exquisite food. Absolutly the best of the best and they live up to every expectation of their impeccable reputation ! Friendly, warm and marvelous in every way. I wish I could give you 10 stars. Had to book far in advance bit we finally got to experience this amazing food. Beautifully tucked away Nathan Marshall at Clarke House has a lovely laid back atmosphere with amazing service and food.

Tucked away in Liss just off the A3 is a really great restaurant waiting to be found. Some really solid and interesting cooking using some great ingredient’s. Canapés of Beetroot Arancini and Choux pastry with Parmesan was lovely and savoury. My starter called Oxtail puff was a Pitivier style puff pastry filled with shredded soft rich oxtail in the most delicious onion veloute….this was truly delicious, smooth and rich full of flavour and topped off with a slice of duck foie. The main of saddle of venison was cooked beautifully served with turnip and preserved plum and a small crisp samosa filled a rich stronger filling. We Finished on a beautifully light rhubarb soufflé served with a great rhubarb sorbet and torched lemon tart. The restaurant it self is small and seats about 16-20 and you feel like you have stumbled upon a hidden gem tucked away in the country side that people are keeping quiet.The service was relaxed and informal….pouring your own wine/water isn’t a problem. Places like Nathan’s don’t usually last long but they have proved that serving great food in an intimate setting works ….Go it’s well worth the effort…They have a strong following so booking a table can be a challenge.

This Portuguese red is a true find! The Francesinha was incredible, it took me straight to Porto. Crispy fries on the side and a refreshing passionfruit drink, called brisa, made it a perfect meal. Authentic flavors, beautiful presentation, and warm, friendly service. A must-visit for anyone craving a taste of Portugal!

Came here to eat before going to the D-Day museum. Very affordable food for the quality and portion. A big steak and half lobster is 26. Highly recommended. The lobster was really good with eggs.

Great place to dine. The service is first class, from booking, through dining to the final bill. The decor is superb as well. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. We will definitely be visiting again.

Just wanted to say thank you to mark and Abby for providing us with a wonderful birthday experience for our family’s 40th. Nothing was too much and despite us changing the booking at the last minute it was all done with a smile and great service. Food was excellent and the portions next level. Customer service is excellent. Food is amazing, especially the bread , it was so fresh and felt like it melted in our mouth. The red sauce with fries was spicy and just balanced the flavours perfectly.

Had a great time at The Red Lion. The food was really good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Customer service was spot on, making the experience even better. I was there for a birthday celebration, and everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

The Full English breakfast (The Big One) was lovely; Generous and to a decent standard. Service was friendly, prompt and efficient. The other breakfast options were broad enough and sounded tempting too.

The food here is fantastic. Definitely worth a visit. Lovely for a special occasion. Or the breakfast menu is most yummy and interesting you'll find locally. It has the added bonus of the most beautiful views of the lake which you can walk around too. Would highly recommend ❤️

Food & service is wonderful, however on a chilly day both myself & my partner were cold (in fairness we were right at the door)BUT I did ask my waitress to move us from a small table for two to a slightly larger more comfortable space, which she did without fuss ..

We have dined at this new restaurant twice now and have thoroughly enjoyed our meal both times. We are particularly impressed at the freshness of the ingredients and the attentiveness of the lovely staff. We really hope it gets the success it deserves, we will definitely be back.

We’ve been here today for the first time and i would say the food was amazing specially garlic prawns 🍤 also the salads and pizzas were delicious, Definitely we will come back next time when Weill be in the area . Thank you for your service!!!!

We decided to try this restaurant from my partners birthday lunch. Booking was really easy online, and they sent a reminder email a couple of days before to check i still wanted the table. We arrived a little early and they were more than happy to show us to our very comfortable round booth table. There was a good selection of wines by the glass and the bottle, as well as beers. We decided to do the lunch set menu, which was delicious, and well priced. At the end of the meal the discount via the set menu was £5 off each. We had bread to start which was fresh and crunchy. The Farmhouse Terrine was delicious served with the jam. We were pleased with our choice and the jam complemented it well. We both had the Pork Schnitzel, which was also delicious. The combination of anchovies and capers was great, the bits with the anchovy on were especially a highlight. The baby Gem was also really good. We finished our meal with delicious puddings, which weee both really good. A lovely venue in the centre of town. £50 a head for three courses and drinks. A delicious lunch

Well where do I begin with our wonderful dinner? Beautiful food, the most delicious bottle of wine we've ever enjoyed, gorgeous, cosy surroundings, and friendly service from welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable staff. We were given a little anniversary surprise making our visit even more unforgettable. We shall be back.

A fabulous hidden gem in central Winchester. The architecture has a wonderful ye olde England feel - lots of dark wood and leather, but at the same time light and airy spaces. The food was simply delicious. Top quality ingredients cooked to perfection. Well priced wines. Really pleasant staff who clearly want you to have a great experience. A top notch venue.

My first visit having recently moved into the area. I was very impressed by our Sunday roast lunch food quality and generous portion size, as was my guest. Service from the Owner and waitress was exemplary throughout. Good drinks and food menus. Excellent friendly atmosphere; full of couples, parents with young children and multi-generation celebrations. So pleased to have found a delightful eaterie walking distance of home....I shall be back!!)) ✅👍🤣🤣

Had a fantastic roast dinner here with our family, top marks were agreed all round! The bar has a great atmosphere and friendly/helpful staff. Featuring a bar area, restaurant area and a decent courtyard garden, the space is tastefully renovated. Our food was all very tasty; chicken, lamb, pork belly and chicken roasts were ordered, all of the meats were well cooked and flavoursome. My lamb was very tender, had some nice crispy edges but still melted in the mouth. The cauliflower cheese was VERY cheesy, don't get that often anymore so that was a decent touch. The bar offers breakfast, lunch and dinner menus throughout the week also, I would enjoy trying the dinner menu one evening.

Was skeptical before entering, BUT what a super place! The braised beef short ribs were sublime and the katsu curry vegan croquettes very tasty. The staff were so helpful and pleasant and even the Elvis entertainer was good( against all expectations- so well done to him too!!) we will definitely be going back, stayed a lot longer than we had planned and would recommend giving it a try!

What a smashing place, number 73 is. All the staff are very knowledgeable, and friendly and made our visit perfect. Apologies regarding the stater picture. We were hungry so bits were missing. BBQ burnt ends were busting with flavour. The prawns were juicy and the sauce was good. Highly recommend the bread and olives. To mop all the sauces up. Knowledgeable. Matt, the manager helped advise my friend regarding the way to have her steak cooked. Impressed, not just wanting to take our order and go. Making sure we fully enjoyed the whole experience. I had already asked the open-plan kitchen what they would recommend. The chef said the steak or the short rib. WOW! A perfect bowl of goodness. The beef was soft, juicy and plentiful. Sitting on some red cabbage that was both sweet and acidic completing the beef & the gravy.

We had an absolutely fantastic birthday dinner here, and it matches or exceeds everywhere we ate on our holiday in Italy this year! The service was relaxed but very attentive, and the sommelier was superb, matching wines perfectly to our dishes. Each dish was faultless, from the gnocchi to the veal, paired with a wonderful glass of pinot noir. If we lived in the area we would eat here all the time!

Had an amazing lunch at HH&Co today - the setting is beautiful, the team looking after us were exceptional and the food was absolutely delicious - cannot wait to come back!

We went for a date night and had such a delicious meal. The risotto and gnocchi were superb, followed by a very tender lamb. Dinner was only made better by an excellent wine pairing recommended by the lovely Ava. We kept saying afterward that she really made the night for us 🙂

First problem find a parking space! Yes there is 4 hours free parking but there are just a few spaces to the far side of a large resident's car park. From there head to the waterside and you will find the cafe adjacent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Service was good and fast. We had the dish of the day which was a new to us flavouring but was excellent, as was the baked camembert starter we shared. Desserts 🍨 were tasty. Prices were acceptable.

Awesome food, fast and friendly service, a good range of drinks, a cool location (we could see HMS Price of Wales and the Spinnaker Tower from just outside) and reasonable prices. What on earth else could you want? The salads and pizzas were especially good (and large).

Great venue for a meal or just a drink. Excellent menu and well priced for its location. Very friendly and welcoming staff and very nice decor, with art available to buy. Views over towards HMS.Victory, the Spinnaker Tower and the nearby Marina. You can also view the passing ferries. Highly recommended for couples, groups and singles...Not certain about families? Well worth a visit, but be aware it's slightly off the beaten track and car parking (unless displaying a disabled persons Blue Badge) appears to be permit holders only.

We had our Wedding Reception at Arty’s after getting married at the local Registry Office. We arrived with a small group of our closest family and friends and were welcomed by Amy on arrival. Amy helped us through the entire process and was a dream to deal with. We hired out the function room and it had all been decorated in our colour scheme and set up perfectly! The food was fantastic and atmosphere was great too! Thank you so much Amy & the team!
