Great place for coffee and lunch, had a great time here and really enjoyed the fresh ingredients used in preparatio. While the dishes aren't overly complex they are well constructed and thought out. A little bit pricey but it's definitely worth it for the quality!

Amazing owners and delicious food.. I have tried almost everything at this place. The amazing almond croissants and coffee is worth travelling to Southsea from London. The host was so amazing that they agreed to make a sugar free cake for us which turned out great :) Usually busy so would recommend booking in advance I recently visited Southsea Café and had a fantastic experience. this café offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing. The décor is modern yet cosy, with plenty of seating, making it a great spot for any weather. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in. They greeted me with a smile and were happy to offer recommendations from the menu. The service was prompt, even though the café was quite busy at the time. The menu itself is impressive, offering a great variety of options, from hearty breakfasts to light lunches and delicious homemade cakes.. The coffee was rich and smooth, clearly made with high-quality beans. One of the standout features of Southsea Café is its focus on fresh, their in house items, which really elevates the quality of the food. The portion sizes were generous, offering great value for money. The café’s relaxed vibe, combined with its delicious food and friendly staff, makes it an ideal spot for breakfast, brunch, or a casual coffee break. Whether you're a local or just visiting Southsea, I highly recommend stopping by Southsea Café for a memorable and satisfying dining experience. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

The is the best cafe in Southsea. Has a great vibe, stunningly delicious cakes and perfect drinks. The Christmas Yule Log this week was devine as was the sticky gingerbread cake. Top place, just keep a secret right between us?

Very thankful for the team squeezing us in during a busy Sunday brunch service. I had the Ultimate BLT which lived up to its name, and then some. We were also glad we ordered two of their "Southsea Buns" on arrival (think zesty raspberry coulis and toasted almond butter in the style of a cinnamon swirl), as they'd all gone by the time we'd finished our brunch. Excellent coffee, very flavourful Earl Grey tea. Will definitely return (with a table booking!) on our next visit to Portsmouth / Southsea.

This has quickly become our favourite coffee & brunch spot! Finding Southsea Coffee Co has been the best thing yet! We are huge brunch people and also love to find great coffee being big coffee lovers & appreciators 🤣 The coffee is incredible & we happily travel 20 minutes to come here as it’s well worth the price and quality is faultless! The food here is incredible and they cater to all dietary requirements, our friend who is Gluten Free was SO happy when we told her about this place & that they can cater to her!! It’s always presented on the plate so nicely and tastes even better, being a creature of habit my favourite is the breakfast sandwich I would highly recommend. Everyone here is always so friendly and welcoming the service is amazing. It seems that the general vibe is that they all love their job & like working there - who wouldn’t - the interior and cafe atmosphere is incredible and really makes them stand out amongst competitors, the interior is so warming and makes you feel really cosy. We met the owner today as she was in store and had to say to her how proud she must be to have created something so amazing! I am very jealous of her position and how successful her business has become alongside the support of her incredible team!
