I had never heard of ABC, but, luckily, my husband who works in the trade had and what a little gem it is! The showroom is spotless, full of great quality stock and lots of inspiring layouts. There is almost too much to choose from and we actually ended up choosing an exact copy of one the bathrooms on display, right down to the tiles on the floor and the wall. Everything we needed was available there, a complete one stop shop. Mark was fabulous and able to talk “trade” with my husband whilst still understand and interpret my wants and needs for our bathroom. I am beyond delighted with the quality of every piece that we purchased. Everything came together seamlessly, there were no problems with delivery and our bathroom is simply perfect for us. Now, when I go on holiday, the 2 things I miss the most are my own bed and my shower. Thank you to Mark for inspiring us, understanding us and exceeding our already high expectations.

Excellent service. Extremely helpful, friendly and competitively priced company. It doesn't matter how large or small your order is, Ian and the trade desk chaps really value customers' business. I won't use anywhere else now despite APHS not being my most local merchant.

Ashford Plumbing Centre listened to exactly what I had in mind and in my vision for my en-suite and downstairs cloakroom. Mark Yeates took the time to visit my home with the bathroom fitter to carry out a detailed site survey to make sure everything was taken into account with great consideration for custom measurements and suitable product specifications whilst remaining mindful of budget at the same time. Even when I changed my mind on the basin at the last minute they found a solution quickly and efficiently, nothing was ever too much trouble. True professionals with excellent customer service and excellent results. Can't recommend them enough!

I visited Ashford Plumbing and Heating today on a recommendation from a good friend of mine who has used this company for almost 20 years. They had everything we needed. Dale was very helpful and polite. A great team to buy supplies from. Fantastic bathroom displays as well. My sons building company will be placing more orders in the near future.
