Gordon fitted a new boiler in our attic and did an excellent job. He was very communicative throughout, as well as punctual, polite, and professional.

Gordon fitted a new Toilet in our downstairs loo at very short notice. He arrived and the first thing he asked us was if there were any pets in the house that he needs to be mindful of. He also laid dust sheets down and worked very tidily. The quality of his work is first rate and his customer service is a breath of fresh air. I would recommend Gordon of W D Plumbing to anyone who wants a professional and friendly plumber that works with the customers needs and leaves the house clean. My wife and I give him 5 stars, (6 if we could)

We were really pleased with the job when Simon came to service our boiler. He was reliable, provided good communication and was great value. We passed his number on to my parents and sister. He serviced their boilers to an equally high standard, having to fix a problem with one. We would all highly recommend Simon to anyone.

Called Simon out of hours due to emergency with boiler. He came out the following day and from start to finish was amazing. Such a kind, considerate and caring individual. Very good at his job and left everything clean. 10/10 honestly couldn't fault him in any way shape or form. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to do the job.

We were recommended Simon Brown from a friend. He called to give us a quotation and outlined several options to replace our 20 year old boiler. Taking time to discuss the pros and cons of each option. He called at the agreed time which was during the lockdown period and observed all of the rules. He worked cleanly and professionally. When he finnished he supplied us with all the relevant safety certificates. We are very pleased with his work and our new boiler and we will definitely use him again.

Kitchen tap was badly leaking, found Adams number on google search typed in local plumber he was at my house in 30 minutes and job was done ASAP. He Saved the day as water everywhere. Very professional and would recommend to friends.

Adam has over the past over the past few years fitted new bathrooms , a shower room and a new boiler/heating system in my home . He is an extremely capable ,experienced , reliable ,trustworthy and tidy worker .He has also been readily available to solve any heating or plumbing problems i have had .

So pleased that we have found a reliable plumber after moving to Herne, Adam came out a few months ago when we had a problem with the boiler, he then came back and gave the boiler a thorough service at a very reasonable price, today he came to isolate our gas hob ready for it to be replaced by an electric one. Spencer & James have been dealing with my erratic old boiler for a few years now . . It gave up the ghost a few weeks back, just as the weather started to turn, but they were straight on it - helpful, professional, friendly and with an all important sense of humour . . The costs did not escalate at all, and James got the new boiler installed super quick and efficiently . . He left the kitchen almost tidier than when he started! The service received from SJR Gas was perfect. They provided me with a detail quote with a verbal explanation as to executing works required and we agreed date and time. The team was on time, kept work place free of obstructions, cleaned up at end of day and completed within scheduled date. A fantastic experience using Gulvins. Ashley responded quickly, visited and assessed the heating problem the same day. The issue was explained to me and parts ordered. His engineer arrived promptly the next day and fixed the issue. The engineer waited whole the system ran to ensure the problem was fixed. I was v relieved and v happy. Gulvins Heating and plumbing services installed our en-suit shower and enclosure replacing our tired and dated one. I can highly recommend Ashley and his team for their professionalism. From booking the initial appointment, to a text alert on the day advising that the engineer was on his way and Ashley arriving on time the process was seamless. He serviced our boiler, checked everything was working and showed me photos of what he had done when the service was complete.
