Kitchen tap was badly leaking, found Adams number on google search typed in local plumber he was at my house in 30 minutes and job was done ASAP. He Saved the day as water everywhere. Very professional and would recommend to friends.

Adam has just installed a new radiator for us plus dealt with a leaking joint we had plus a further small one he detected whilst here. He previously installed and regularly services our boiler plus completely refurbished our bathroom. Always does an excellent job and leaves it all clean & tidy. Highly recommend. We now only let Adam carry out any work required to our plumbing & heating system.

So pleased that we have found a reliable plumber after moving to Herne, Adam came out a few months ago when we had a problem with the boiler, he then came back and gave the boiler a thorough service at a very reasonable price, today he came to isolate our gas hob ready for it to be replaced by an electric one. Gordon fitted a new boiler in our attic and did an excellent job. He was very communicative throughout, as well as punctual, polite, and professional.

Gordon fitted a new Toilet in our downstairs loo at very short notice. He arrived and the first thing he asked us was if there were any pets in the house that he needs to be mindful of. He also laid dust sheets down and worked very tidily. The quality of his work is first rate and his customer service is a breath of fresh air. Paul and Sam worked out the problem with our heating system. Replaced clogged up pipes and upgraded radiators. Worked neat and tidy. We now have a warm house after 17 years. 🥵

Totally professional and finished a complex job on time and successfully. This was a job that every other plumber had turned down because of its complexity. Paul and Sam have a lot of experience and were prepared to take it on. They worked non stop for a week and barely took a break. When they hit a snag three days in, they involved me in the discussion, came up with alternatives to the original plan and nailed the solution with no drama. The job entailed lifting most floorboards and carpets in the house. When they were finished I couldn’t tell they had been in the house. I can’t recommend these guys enough and will use them every time above anyone else. Fantastic!

Sam and Paul did a full heating re-plumb of our 1960s 3 bed semi recently, also reconnecting an old boiler to tide us over through winter and re-plumbing some hot and cold pipes that were pretty rickety. We're really pleased with the work, everything's been working as expected with no issues. Sam and Paul were very attentive to details when re-laying the pipes, explained all the work and helped us pick out the right new radiators. They even pointed out some adjoining safety issues with the electrical rewire done previously by another contractor and helped sort this out by moving the pipework slightly. The work was finished on time, work areas left tidy and the costs on work and materials were clear and transparent. Overall we'd be really happy to work with Sam and Paul again.

Brilliant plumbing company!! rate them 100% Requested some help from Dan for some leaks and general plumbing works that had been accumulating and he was immediately responsive, provided excellent communications throughout and had the time and patience to diagnose the source of a couple of complex leaks in an older barn type property (ensuite & old copper pipes in tricky spot!). Took on a job that others would turn down. Service like this is a rarity these days! Once works agreed Dan assigned a couple of his team and completed the works fast, efficient, friendly and cleared up after.... Dan has great rapport and considerate to his team which is evident in the quality service they provide. Would have no hesitancy using them again for any job, large or small.

Doug & Dayle from Home Comfort arrived on time on Monday 22 April with everything needed to complete fitting a new quality towel rail in my downstairs shower room. They discussed & explaining it all to me and, without any problems, tidily completed the installation, Inc fitting a new outside tap. They were very professional & caring and I wouldn't hesitate to employ them & Gary again.

We were really pleased with the job when Simon came to service our boiler. He was reliable, provided good communication and was great value. We passed his number on to my parents and sister. He serviced their boilers to an equally high standard, having to fix a problem with one. We would all highly recommend Simon to anyone.

We had an aging boiler which had started to have issues and knew it would probably need replacing sooner or later. One of our main concerns was not knowing who to trust to complete the work. After having someone else come out and take a look we gave Simon a call, and really glad we did. Simon is friendly, informative, and offers no obligation advice. He replaced our boiler and got the radiators working better/hotter than we can remember. Simon takes pride in his work and is tidy with it. We had no qualms having him in the house during a pandemic and will definitely use him for all future work. Would highly recommend.
