I'd give 6 stars if I could. I've used Servecom for works multiple times at my premises and recommended them for local family too. The service, knowledge and customer care you receive from Simon and his team is second to none. It's incredibly difficult to find good, reliable tradesmen but fortunately Servecom are the exception. Works completed include complete replacement of incoming gas mains, gas safety tests, boiler service, immersion heater replacement and much more it'd be to difficult to list. Always available, courteous and exceptional quality work.

We contacted AR Plumbing to update our plumbing for a new coffee machine we had ordered. They came and looked at the work involved, including the removal of a cabinet, and then provided us with a quotation. The price was good and the speed of response was excellent. We had our downstairs cloakroom completely refitted. The quote for the work was provided quickly and in detail. The work was completed in a timely fashion and was completed to a very high standard. Needed help with my elderly mum's temperamental boiler. Plumbing Angels sent me Alex the same day, who had a careful dig around in the boiler, diagnosed a blocked pipe and managed to suck out the blockage with good humour, no fuss and no mess. [We still don't know how a 10 inch twig got down there?!] Great company, highly recommended.

Andy and his team couldn’t have been more accommodating when our boiler failed unexpectedly. We were given great advice on future proofing our heating system . The new boiler was up and running within 24 hours, and the new hot water cylinders were installed with minimum interruption . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this firm to friends and family . Great service from start to finish.

I contacted Bluebird Plumbing to get a gas safety certificate. I was advised of their services they offered to landlords and clear pricing. I decided to have the boiler serviced at same time before winter set in. I am glad i did as tenants were having pressure dropping issues I waa not aware of and theae were fully addressed at thr time of the visit. Bluebird also stayed in direct contact with tenants to make sure pressure stayed up. I am very satisfied with their work and will use them again.

When our boiler went down yesterday, Andy was here in less than 5 minutes. Now to manage expectations as that has to be a world record in terms of call out - when I called Andy, after randomly picking his number up from Google, he’d just by chance finished serving my neighbours boiler but that had to be one major coincidence. He diagnosed the issue with one of our radiators really quickly and had us back up and running in no time! We’ve never had our boiler serviced since moving in 1.5 yr ago, so he popped around the next day to do that. He explains everything clearly and concisely and (if he’ll have us 😁) he’ll definitely be back to help us with other things we have planned around the house.

Contacted Nick of Right Flow via email and received a call the same day, and my request to change my old bathroom taps for those I had purchased was booked within the week, and the job has been completed today! Nick arrived promptly, fitted the taps quickly, and we discussed a missing overflow pipe problem and a further booking made for next week to resolve that. Very impressed with Nick's knowledge, speed and quality of work, and would highly recommend!

James was fantastic and came to do a few jobs for us such as fitting a new radiator and a stop clock for us. He was very diligent in his work and spoke us through the different steps clearly as we were curious about the different elements that went into the work. We were very impressed the work quality of work he did and the quote he gave us was very reasonable. He was very tidy in his work and made sure to tidy up after himself for the various jobs he did.
