This is for the Rochester shop, seems some reviews are from elsewhere. Great old fashioned customer service from Bob. Very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, good to see a small business doing well amongst the big boys. Will always use this shop for all my bits!
we just brought an ex display bathroom suite and allbits done us an amazing deal brilliant service and it was all wrapped up in original boxes and bubble wrap so we could get it home ok couldn’t ask for more would definitely recommend a visit to the shop.
Excellent customer service. Friendly, helpful and patient. Much better to use a local business than a big supplier. Quality goods and recommended by tradesman. Jack who did my bathroom was recommended by them and he did an excellent job. They get to know you and work with you and your decorator to get it right. Design service was helpful to see the best layout for a small bathroom. Highly recommend. Thanks Rob and Jenny.
