Have had a maintenance contract with TMW for years now. They are always polite and friendly, and explain any questions we have. Brandon arrived very quickly (the same day), and was excellent fixing the blocked pipe which caused our boiler exhaust to make bubbling noises, and was also slowing the kitchen sink drainage. There was a black pipe against the back of the wall under the sink which we had never even noticed before. A small section of pipe needed cutting out and replacing. He completed the job quickly, and with very little mess. A brilliant service, as usual. Thank you TMW.

We have just had the boiler & central heating system renewed in our new home. Having used Mike & Scott to install & service the system at our old house, it was a no brainer to use them again. I contacted Jon after previously using his services with a washing machine waste pipe blockage. I didn't expect things to go the way they did so I'll explain! I sent over photos of my setup and asked for a quote, however, Jon assured me I could make the repair myself with a few parts he linked me to, he sent me several voice messages with instructions and tips so, I got the parts ordered and with my newfound confidence, tackled the job in hand. Despite my reservations, the job went exactly as it should have and, it works! Really good service, John is efficient and friendly with excellent subject knowledge and happy to explain all the options available. We have had a new boiler fitted with pipe work as well as a water softening system. John is reliable, arranging times and dates to suit and is happy to undertake both large plumbing jobs such as new boilers and also smaller jobs like replacing broken sink wastes. Had an ensuite shower that was seeping water into the downstairs kitchen ceiling. Prompt response on the phone and came round quickly to investigate, which was ruled that the shower wasn't sealed properly. Kept me up to speed as to timings to come round to fix and I was impressed at the detail and patience taken for the fix. Still monitoring downstairs but overall I was incredibly pleased with the skill and speed of response. Saved in my contacts for future work!

Steve came recently and fixed the soil pipe and leak underneath the bath. He explained how he was going to do it . He did a fantastic quality job , everything was left clean and tidy. Called Steve on Monday afternoon and he managed to fit me in on Wednesday afternoon, within the hour of Steve’s arrival he had diagnosed the issue, a new programer installed, hot water and central heating all working 100%, Steve was very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable, I would highly recommend Steve and would definitely use him again.

I've had all my new radiators fitted by these guys and I couldn't recommend enough, nothing is ever an issue! I am quite particular in my home and they have always fitted pipework underground for me, no other company I tried offered me this. At last a plumber you can rely on! Arrived on time, every time. Assessed what had to be done and carried it out in a timely and efficient manner. All work areas were left clean and tidy. Installed 4 radiators, gas oven, hob and sink. I do not normally leave reviews, but felt that that the standard of service received warranted it.

This was my first time of using the company. I need a Radiator valve replaced plus a new PRV. Ryan attended and speedily and efficiently did both. He didn't need to drain the system so the price was then adjusted to reflect that. An honest, efficient and trustworthy company that I'd absolutely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service. We called them out on Tuesday, they arrived on Wednesday and diagnosed the problem with our shower and fitted a new one on the Thursday. Considering the price of complete showers on their own the price was very reasonable. A good efficient service.
