I have been very pleased with the recent installation of a combi boiler and radiators with Kentish Plumbers. They have provided excellent communications throughout, provided great advice on different options and been very patient with me, quoting these scenarios, especially Will. Joe, who did the installation and made many recommendations, did a really neat job, despite me wanting a radiator in an awkward location! The finished job looks great, I hope it provides many years of good service.

I found damage from a leak in my bathroom and reached out to The Plumber, I was able to get a visit booked the same day which was surprising as that’s not normally the case with plumbers. I had contact with Jack, Elliot & Ben, all of which were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me. The leak was in a difficult place due to me living in a new build with access issues, Ben & Elliot worked really hard to find the leak and fix it. They were both really helpful, transparent, polite and reassuring. Would definitely recommend their team!

Couldn't recommend Lucas enough. We had an issue with the pressure gauge on our boiler and found Precise Plumbing and Heating through trust a trader. He fitted us in that week, arrived promptly and fixed the issue in good time. He was friendly, thorough, explained everything clearly and answered any questions we had. Very happy with the service and would book him again in future.

Lucas was excellent. He was on time. I received a txt to tell me he was on his way. He carried out thorough service on my oil boiler.

Lucas undertook some our boiler service and additional smart thermostat installation. As always, he was quick to give guidance and advice and always prompt to reply to any questions I have. First class service - I would not use anyone else.

He has fitted a new boiler, and has now serviced it, he reminded me and again fitted me in when convenient with me. I have to say the service from Les and team was first class. He was very informative and showed all work as done, explaining precisely the functions of the boiler. Initially we called Castle Heating for a breakdown 2 days before a large family gathering on Christmas day. Not only did they come out quick and at the stated time, they left us able to get through our gathering. Two days after Christmas, they fitted the new boiler in what is the most awkward of places. I never did get their names, but the 2 men were absolutely brilliant. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The bonus..... all this at a really good price. I would highly recommend them, and I will be using them to come and carry out a yearly service.

Neil and Drew have done an excellent job. New vertical radiator installed in kitchen and old plinth heater removed. Two very nice and knowledgeable people and clean and tidy as they work. Would strongly recommend Cloverleaf.

After using Cloverleaf for several years for my boiler fitting and annual servicing, they recently carried out a complete modernisation of the central heating system in my newly acquired bungalow. Neil and Drew worked efficiently & quickly, always going the extra mile to explain what was going on and ensure I was comfortable with it. I continue to be very impressed with the company as a whole and delighted with the standard of workmanship.

Well what a fantastic company we're been using them for some years now they fitted our boiler back in 2014 and have been looking after it ever since servicing and looking after us. So when we decided to add new central heating to the system there was only one choice cloverleaf ☘️ of course. A survey was done super quick working out what we needed a date was booked the filters turned up as booked on time the whole job took about a day and a half in total ( three bed terraced house) with no mess both filters work hard and with total professionalism. They been looking after the boiler and system ever since Servicing every year

We have been using Cloverleaf for a very long time and Neil comes round every year to service outr boiler. We know we are in good hands when he arrives and Neil is always pleasant and chatty. Brian's company were fab, they came out the same day that we called them, and a new boiler was fitted 3 days later. The staff were friendly, helpful and friendly. Would heartily recommend this company for plumbing issues.

Sean from Brian's plumbing came to investigate a problem with our hot water system. Spent time checking everything and advised was a fault with our water softener and advised us to contact a water softener engineer. Problem with our dishwasher which Sean checked and advised this can sometimes happen, run it again and if it happens again, give us a call. He was right, no problem. An honest trustworthy company and we would not hesitate to deal with them again.

Have used Brian's (mainly his son Neil) for a number of years now. He did a superb job on the ensuite for our loft five years ago (as well as fitting rads etc) and regularly services the boiler. As money was tight, we decided to use a local 'builder' from Gravesend to do the refurb for our family bathroom. Complete disaster. Had to get Neil and team in to fix leaks and recheck all connections. Again, did a superb job. Very professional. You defo get what you pay for.
