Water Work Plumbers were absolutely fantastic! They did a superb job on the plumbing and fitting on our new en-suite bathroom! Always on time, made fantastic suggestions and consulted us along the way. I found damage from a leak in my bathroom and reached out to The Plumber, I was able to get a visit booked the same day which was surprising as that’s not normally the case with plumbers. I had contact with Jack, Elliot & Ben, all of which were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me. The leak was in a difficult place due to me living in a new build with access issues, Ben & Elliot worked really hard to find the leak and fix it. They were both really helpful, transparent, polite and reassuring. Would definitely recommend their team!

This was my first time of using the company. I need a Radiator valve replaced plus a new PRV. Ryan attended and speedily and efficiently did both. He didn't need to drain the system so the price was then adjusted to reflect that. An honest, efficient and trustworthy company that I'd absolutely recommend.

At last a plumber you can rely on! Arrived on time, every time. Assessed what had to be done and carried it out in a timely and efficient manner. All work areas were left clean and tidy. Installed 4 radiators, gas oven, hob and sink. I do not normally leave reviews, but felt that that the standard of service received warranted it.

Absolutely brilliant service. We called them out on Tuesday, they arrived on Wednesday and diagnosed the problem with our shower and fitted a new one on the Thursday. Considering the price of complete showers on their own the price was very reasonable. A good efficient service.

Tony fitted a new bathroom and a new boiler for us. He is very professional and explained all the options to us and gave good advice. He worked hard from start to finish and never left without tidying up first. We are extremely pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to use him again. James and his colleague came to fit our new boiler last week that we had purchased via Boxt. I can speak highly enough of the service Acute provided. They were incredible professional and considerate of the Covid situation we are all in. They had to carry out some additional pipe work to convert the old gas pipes, but this was undertaken without any fuss and the work was completed to a very high standard. From a time spent ons site perspective, again, they arrived on time (8am), having called the night before to confirm all details and were finished by around 3pm, having left the work area clean and tidy. Gas boiler service

Think I hit the jackpot with this guy he’s extremely knowledgeable within his profession. pointed out all the dos and don’ts when offering various buying options. Our new boiler was fitted within a day and is working fine. He went to some extreme in making sure carpets were fully protected prior to commencing work and totally cleaned all work areas when completed all in all very professional and would certainly recommend.

A very quick reply and quote provided by Josh. Work was carried out almost straight away and his team were extremely polite, friendly and efficient. Extremely pleased customer here and would definitely recommend to anyone.

I called Josh late on a Friday afternoon due to a leak underneath my boiler. He tried to help over the phone straight away, but due to the issue it couldn’t be done. He then made sure someone came out to me as soon as they could, they were very professional and efficient, cleaned up and everything was restored to the way it was when he arrived, after taking flooring up!
