We called JPS out due to the boiler having stopped working - because of all the heavy rain. Jordan came out quickly to assess the situation, he was prompt to diagnose and set about ordering the necessary parts. Once the parts were in, he ensured he came back to resolve the issues. We really appreciated him working late, doing all the gas safety checks and issuing a safety certificate.

Jordan responded at short notice to fix a leaking pipe connection which was dripping water through the new kitchen ceiling. It had been installed badly by another plumber only weeks earlier. Jordan also rectified the outside condensing pipe (also done by the other plumber) which not only leaked but wasn't regulation anyway. Jordan was very professional and polite and I'll use him for all my heating/plumbing in the future. Already recommended him to my neighbour.

A real problem totally resolved. Jordan responded to our urgent request, arrived on time, assessed the problem and set about a resolution. It became a greater challenge as the job progressed but Jordan remained focused on resolving the issue for us. He was totally professional, stayed until the job was completed to our full satisfaction. I recommend him with the full belief that he will continue to offer excellent service, so much so that we are contacting him to carry-out some now non-urgent work for us.

Fantastic, responsive communication and prompt action when I had no hot water for three days! Jordan came round at a time to accommodate my working day, identified the issue and was able to replace the faulty part there and then. Excellent service, honest and trustworthy and good value too. I called Shaun to fix a major leak in a very tight kitchen cupboard in our flat. He arrived early and got to work straight away. He repaired a main water pipe and then put the zip tap back - working- great price. thank you- much appreciated- would recommend Shaun. I am going to use him when I replace my kitchen.

Shaun came to our rescue after our boiler was condemned. Everything about him was top class. He responded quicker than everyone else, provided an excellent quote, he even offered to come out on his day off early in the morning so that we had a boiler. Shaun and Aaron came early on Saturday and worked quickly and carefully delivering our new boiler. They were both really professional and very easy to talk with. Central heating stopped working on Friday 13th! My usual service engineers could come the following Tuesday but would not do any work, just inspect the fault. Even though they know us as a trusted customer, they wanted £70 up front before visiting. I found Pro Plumbing randomly on line. I called Rob for the first time. He was obviously busy and I did not leave a message. He called back within half an hour and popped 'round later that day, tested and diagnosed the fault and promised to sort it Tuesday at the latest. On Monday he sent Brendan who fixed the fault and had tge system working again within an hour. That's what I call service! I will be switching all my heating and plumbing services to GM Pro Plumbing.

I can’t thank Rob enough for completely transforming my bathroom to a very high standard. He kept me well informed throughout the job and always arrived punctually. He did a brilliant job of arranging other tradespeople for various jobs and was always around to give them access to the property, which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend!
