The service I received was exceptional. I asked SDP to come as I thought I had one issue with my heating, but they quickly and expertly diagnosed that this was a symptom not a cause. Then they spent time and went to great lengths to ensure that everything was in full working order. Without their expertise and willingness to get the job done, I would not have been able to ensure my Christmas guests were warm and had plenty of hot water. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Contacted SDP plumbing for fitment of a new boiler as they had always done good work for the firm that I work for in the past. They came out in less than a week removed the old boiler and fitted a new one. Fast, efficient and friendly service. Dan was very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m extremely pleased with the service and price.I would definitely use them again as my first choice for any plumbing that I need.

Superb! Just superb! I had a blocked kitchen sink and all my usual tricks hadn't worked. I'd done my last drops of One Shot (the only thing that ever worked), used some caustic soda, been outside down the pipes with my drain snake, which had never failed me before today. Nothing! Called Mayday as I'd seen the vans, and the same afternoon they came round and fixed the problem. Properly good price too considering the short notice. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs anything of this nature. Thank you very, very much.

Shaun came to our rescue after our boiler was condemned. Everything about him was top class. He responded quicker than everyone else, provided an excellent quote, he even offered to come out on his day off early in the morning so that we had a boiler. Shaun and Aaron came early on Saturday and worked quickly and carefully delivering our new boiler. They were both really professional and very easy to talk with. We are currently redoing our kitchen when we noticed a leak under the sink, we were stuck until the leak could be repaired and thankfully Andy came out the same day and quickly fixed the issue for us. The boiler had faults on and kept tripping out. I was recommended Baldwin and Salter to do a power flush on the system. When they arrived they checked the boiler and radiators and let me know that a flush was not the issue. He made some adjustments to the boiler and it has sorted the issues we were having. They could have pulled my pants down with what I thought was needed, so it’s refreshing to get an honest diagnosis and fix. Highly recommend the service level and professionalism of this company.
