I called Beaumont Plumbing Solutions in the morning and within an hour he called back with the good news one of his team would be there in 30 minutes. Ethan turned and was extremely polite and after reviewing the shower tray, which was a problem for many plumbers, he went straight to work and the blockage within 30 minutes cleaning the area as he was leaving. Such a service is hard find and I will be using them for my plumbing works.

This must be the millionth time Ethan came to the rescue. The first time was a year ago after we had another plumber damage our home. Ethan and his team corrected all the leaks and damage. The most recent time, my hot water was not coming out. Arrived on the same day, as they said. As always clean, wear foot protectors so respect the clients home. He always thoroughly explains what the issues are so its all understood. The only plumbers I trust. Thankyou once again.

Darren was polite, thorough and did a fantastic job overall. I would like to especially praise the whole set up of SDP Plumbing. From start to finish the process has been easy and highly efficient. After nearly thirty years of my central heating “just being not quite right” my boiler started to make horrible noises and cutting out as overheating. Looking at the good reviews SDP had, I called them in and Darren gave the boiler the once over and concluded it was in good nick so he took a look at the 3-way valve and pump. I couldn’t believe it when he said within moments that the pump was pushing the water the wrong way around the system. It looks likely that has always been the case in my 56-year old house but has been missed by two experienced plumbers who revamped my system in 1998 and again in 2014 when we had a new boiler. I’ve always had to bleed the system multiple times in the year and on colder times the boiler struggled to get the heat where we needed it. Darren told me these are symptoms of the wrong water flow where my vent pipe is actually sucking air into the system. Already my system has improved; the boiler sounds better and is working as it should, no air in the system and we’ve already taken the thermostat down 3 degrees as everything is warming as it should. Darren was in and out within the hour, is a thoroughly nice decent bloke and clearly just knows his stuff. Its like when you find a good trustworthy mechanic for your car, you hang onto them. I’d definitely return to Darren and SDP in the future and have already recommended them to numerous friends and relatives. If I could give more than five stars…. I would!

The service I received was exceptional. I asked SDP to come as I thought I had one issue with my heating, but they quickly and expertly diagnosed that this was a symptom not a cause. Then they spent time and went to great lengths to ensure that everything was in full working order. Without their expertise and willingness to get the job done, I would not have been able to ensure my Christmas guests were warm and had plenty of hot water. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Contacted SDP plumbing for fitment of a new boiler as they had always done good work for the firm that I work for in the past. They came out in less than a week removed the old boiler and fitted a new one. Fast, efficient and friendly service. Dan was very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m extremely pleased with the service and price.I would definitely use them again as my first choice for any plumbing that I need.

What can I say. From the moment I rang gaughans group to the completed job I cannot fault. Charlie called 30 minutes before hand to advise me he was on route. On arrival he turned up smart and with a positive can do attitude. We had our rear garden drains overflowing and Charlie was quick to get to work and resolve. On completion he even flushed and sanitised the garden area. We cannot recommend them enough. Would be recommending them to all our friends and family.

A real problem totally resolved. Jordan responded to our urgent request, arrived on time, assessed the problem and set about a resolution. It became a greater challenge as the job progressed but Jordan remained focused on resolving the issue for us. He was totally professional, stayed until the job was completed to our full satisfaction. I recommend him with the full belief that he will continue to offer excellent service, so much so that we are contacting him to carry-out some now non-urgent work for us.

We called JPS out due to the boiler having stopped working - because of all the heavy rain. Jordan came out quickly to assess the situation, he was prompt to diagnose and set about ordering the necessary parts. Once the parts were in, he ensured he came back to resolve the issues. We really appreciated him working late, doing all the gas safety checks and issuing a safety certificate.

Jordan responded at short notice to fix a leaking pipe connection which was dripping water through the new kitchen ceiling. It had been installed badly by another plumber only weeks earlier. Jordan also rectified the outside condensing pipe (also done by the other plumber) which not only leaked but wasn't regulation anyway. Jordan was very professional and polite and I'll use him for all my heating/plumbing in the future. Already recommended him to my neighbour.

Charlie did a complete batheoom makeover for us. He was reliable, professional and carried out all the work to our satisfaction. Was recommended to Charlie by someone else in the trade. Had been let down badly by another plumber (from check a trade) going AWOL. Then Charlie made room in his schedule to step in and help. He replaced shower tray, new wall panels and enclosure, as well as boxing in pipes. All plumbing seems good so far, end result is that he has done a fab job, attention to detail and finish 👍 we are very pleased. Also cleared up after! Will definitely use Charlie again. Thank you 😀

Ryan got back to me immediately with prices and booking dates available. Quick and efficient! Damian, very professional, competent plumbing Engineer, sound advice, not pushy. Supplied and fitted a water softener that had made an enormous difference to the quality of our water. Plus they do have after care service ( supply of salt blocks and filter changing etc) which is just as important as the installation. Would highly recommend ( and have already done so with a relation)

We had a leaking waste pipe into our basement and 1st Aid Plumbing were there pretty immediately, located the issue, got it fixed, cleaned and sanitised really quickly. Excellent service. Would recommend without hesitation.

When I called Fineline the phone was answered straightaway and the call was handled sympathetically and very efficiently. Shane and his assistant came out and dealt with our issue the next day. Superb! Just superb! I had a blocked kitchen sink and all my usual tricks hadn't worked. I'd done my last drops of One Shot (the only thing that ever worked), used some caustic soda, been outside down the pipes with my drain snake, which had never failed me before today. Nothing! Called Mayday as I'd seen the vans, and the same afternoon they came round and fixed the problem. Properly good price too considering the short notice. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs anything of this nature. Thank you very, very much.
