If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Adam went above and beyond to help me with my heating issues, before fitting a new boiler for me yesterday at a very reasonable price. He's brilliant at what he does and is simply a lovely and helpful guy. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone and will definitely use him again. Literally the only negative I had was that he was a Arsenal fan!

Chris came to replace our broken tap very quickly. Went out of his way to make two trips to the buy pieces that were needed and I hadn’t bought. The job took a longer due to the plumbing being very old he didn’t rush it and did a great job. Very professional and so helpful. He even did a little job that he noticed needed doing. What a fantastic service! We employed Frankie & Joe to install a new boiler in our “new to us” house in Faversham. Rarely will you meet two such polite & caring tradespeople and the standard of work! Amazing! Frankie apologised about having to place the gas feed pipe outside, then promptly made it a piece of art with brass fittings, then polished the copper pipe!! Highly recommended, no photos as our work is as neat & tidy as those previously posted. Thank you Quadrant.

Milcol Plumbing and Heating did a brilliant job of our new bathroom. Joe and Marc are meticulous workers and do put their customers first. Milcol organised all the trades needed to make our installation successful; they also took the time to make a few suggestions they felt would make a difference: this included replacing the rather flimsy bath side panel provided with the suite we purchased with a far more sturdy alternative, they just went the extra mile with everything. We couldn't be happier with the final result if you are looking for a bathroom installation company that does the job to a high standard, with no fuss and organises everything. Contact Milcol. Perry and the team installed a new replacement boiler for my mother and did an absolutely first class job for which we were very thankful. I was dealing with Perry on the phone from London and he continually kept me abreast of what was required, when the materials would arrive and found positive solutions for the job in hand. Just had some emergency work undertaken on our combi boiler and VSmart connection. Brilliant work by GPS Plumbing & Heating Ltd. They were quick, efficient, polite and extremely helpful. Perry Vincent came out on a Sunday and then again with a colleague on Monday. Both appointments were pre-arranged. Not only was Perry on time but both times he rang 30 minutes before arriving. He also sorted out our related apps on our phones which we both (hubby and wife) had issues with. Perry also rang a day later (today) to check all was ok. I highly recommend. We have no personal connection with the company. We will definitely contact them if needs be in the future and have already agreed to an annual service for the boiler.

An overview of my personal experience of the respective company: Mr Dean Pugh has proved himself to be a consummate professional, having undertaken tasks of a range of sizes. I had originally located ‘DRP Plumbing and Heating’ via another well-known review site and although based in Ashford his target area did indeed cover Kent as a whole. The primary task was the selection and installation of an energy efficient boiler (with as long a manufacturer’s warranty as possible) by a 'Gas Safe' registered engineer of long-standing. Given just how positive the pre-existing reviews were, I included his in a round of quotations. Dean readily inspired the essential level of confidence and the task was duly assigned. His attention to detail proved to be second to none and the boiler has indeed been a very sound investment in the years since. It was also pleasing to note the importance placed by Dean on leaving the installation area in a very tidy condition (which cannot, unfortunately, always be assumed these days). A couple of years later I found that my bathroom cistern had developed a really annoying slow leak; without hesitation I again called upon DRP’s services and the issue was rectified very promptly.
