Pheonix were contractors for our agent when we used to rent our home and they were always nice to deal with. So when needed a plumber in our own place, they were the first people we called. They've aced everything asked of them, from emergency call outs, to boiler repairs and the biggest one: fitting a new shower, new valves and pipework and re-seating the bath properly. The workmanship is excellent and the people are all super helpful and friendly including the office ladies, will definitely call again if we need someone. (Hopefully not for a while 😅) . TD Robinson installed a new combi-boiler for us, replacing our 30+ year old back boiler. Everything went very so smoothly. The engineers were friendly and very professional. The whole job went well, and everything was kept nice and tidy. I would recommend them to anybody.

Hi to all at Robinson had a call out, which they always respond very fast , engineer came had to deal with a tap , plus a blockage which was a challenge coner was doing the job never gave up came back next day , got it sorted very professional easy to work with great understanding of customer needs , credit to him and the company. Called up on a Thursday morning report a leak from our electric shower. Britain's came out to look 2 hours later. Sent me a quote later that day which was very reasonable. Came and fitted the next afternoon. Excellent.

He installed a downstairs shower, toilet and basin, we've called on him a number of times for routine plumbing jobs; his skills also include tiling and floor installation and fitting a water softener.
