Lucas is very knowledgeable professional accomodating and friendly as well. Oil boiler I have is quite old however given clean bill of health after full service and new part which has now totally removed the smell of oil that had recently started prior to Lucas visit. Very reasonable price and great to get it all done in one visit. Highly recommend giving Lucas a shout if you have oil boiler needs :) Definitely now our boiler person.

Lucas was excellent. He was on time. I received a txt to tell me he was on his way. He carried out thorough service on my oil boiler.

Lucas undertook some our boiler service and additional smart thermostat installation. As always, he was quick to give guidance and advice and always prompt to reply to any questions I have. First class service - I would not use anyone else.

Alex Smith did work throughout me property and has been A1. Very knowlegeable and happy to help or provide advice on other area around the house if he notices something or when you ask for his advice. His work rate is great. VERY VERY VERY VERY CLEAN. Takes pride in his work. Can’t fault him at all. He did my parents house as well which they are thankful for.

Gary has a call out charge of £60. Very polite on arrival and was able to fix the problem within 30 mins. He also explained the problem and gave his recommendations for my 20 year boiler. I would use his service again. Thank you.

Had a broken radiator which wouldn't switch off. I had called 3 previous guys and they had all let me down. Gary was not only on time but he was polite and very efficient in solving my problem. Me and my wife now refer to him as super Gary. Definitely recommend.

Have used Brian's (mainly his son Neil) for a number of years now. He did a superb job on the ensuite for our loft five years ago (as well as fitting rads etc) and regularly services the boiler. As money was tight, we decided to use a local 'builder' from Gravesend to do the refurb for our family bathroom. Complete disaster. Had to get Neil and team in to fix leaks and recheck all connections. Again, did a superb job. Very professional. You defo get what you pay for.
