From Start to Finish Alan and his team were fantastic. My wife and I are so pleased we chose Alan to complete our bathroom project, and the final results are brilliant. He conducted a thorough inspection and clearly explained the problem, offering me several options for repair. The work itself was done efficiently, and they took the time to ensure everything was functioning properly before leaving. What impressed me the most was he’s attention to detail; they cleaned up the work area impeccably, leaving no mess behind.

Bob was called out to our property for a blocked pipe which was spilling sewage into our garden. He worked quickly and efficiently to find and resolve the problem and made sure to leave the scene as clean as possible before leaving. Bob was very friendly and we are very happy with his service.

Tony is a consummate professional. I first used him to: service my boiler; repair a shower; and a soft close toilet seat (shortly after the pandemic), and he was a Trojan. He was punctual, neat and tidy as he worked, and recommended that the manufacturer fix something on the boiler as it was still under warranty. More recently, he responded quickly to a sudden leaking stop valve on Christmas Eve and repaired it quickly. Work ethic was still the same. I highly recommend him and thank him.
