Such a lovely place to come and get lunch /dinner with friends or family. They have a lovely spacious garden and some playing equipment for the kids to enjoy. They also have a lovely Tractor in the garden which you can sit on and enjoy. :) The food was tasty and definitely worth coming for! They also do a wide range of gluten free options which was very good for myself. They also have a kids menu and have good options and the portion sizes are good. I would recommend visiting! ☺️
Good food and good drinks selection. Location is good and service is amazing. If only they could serve Guinness the right way, it would have been 5 stars. But food is good and it's got a nice buzz to it. Lots of space and outdoor seating too. Family friendly.
Couldn't fault it! Beautiful location, lovely food, Mushroom risotto was gorgeous, followed with mini waffle, also delicious! VERY attentive staff who were very switched on to allergies. Highly recommended
Warm enough welcome. Starters were great, vegetarian cheese and potato pie was lovely, steak and ale pie not so.
We had a table booked, but when we turned up we were told food would be a 35 to 45 min wait, and to be fair it was a very busy summer Friday night, the queue for the bar was out of the door, although it cleared quickly. Then they surprised us by serving the starter in less than 15 minutes after we ordered, and main course equally quick, maybe they were managing our expectations! :-D They're obviously a very popular pub when the sun is shining, with a lot of garden tables. The crispy beef was excellent, we only in the area for one night, but would definitely eat here again.
