Excellent food and speedy service. Had a lentil lamb dish with mushroom rice which was far better than I expected. Not a big standard curry house. Will be back for more.

Many wonderful dinners at this excellent restaurant. It has continued to improve. The best dishes are the desi style chicken and lamb. on the bone oth with a rich thick sauce. The service was attentive and genuine. We're in the middle of a change in the curry landscape in England. People are beginning to realise that the common fare does not remotely resemble Indian food. Restaurants are responding with marketing hype, not by culinary authenticity. Be careful where you go and demand real Indian food.

It's the second time we go there and we are always very welcomed by the friendly staff in this beautiful atmosphere. The food is delicious and the portions are perfect. We are never disappointed and we will definitely come back again!

Recently visited this place on my husband's birthday with friends. We really loved the food. We Are vegetarian and happily had lot of options to order from. We tried aloo papdi chaat, Chicken lollypop, dry Manchurian, chilli garlic Naan, Seema Naan, and drinks. Food very tasty and quantity was good. I had good Indian food after very long time ❤️

Wonderful restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was absolutely brilliant. Leonardo was our waiter and he really was incredible. Friendly, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We really had such a lovely meal and will be going back again very soon! Highly recommended!

*dog friendly*. Such a lovely breakfast. New offering from Bella Capri, and thus quieter than other high street options. Generous portions and good quality sausages and bacon 😋, and the hash browns were particularly nice. Opens at 8am for those early morning dog walkers who want to get on with their day. Added bonus, the chef brought Toby out some chicken. 5🐾 from Toby. 5🌟 from me.

Lovely place, inviting atmosphere! The garlic bread pizza was perfection, straight out the wood fired pizza oven. Spaghetti bolognese was the classic it’s supposed to be, rich in flavour and a generous portion. Linguine Di Mare was of a similar quality with fresh seafood.

A very friendly traditional old style Pub which is family and chold friendly with a vsry large dedicated enclosed play area to the rear where Soccer and other ball games can be enjoyed on the all weather surface. Typical bar food cooked on the premises available. Staff and locals provide a warm welcome.

This was our second visit to The Anchor Inn and it was even better than last time. After being let down by The Hampshire Arms in Crondall less than 2 hours before we were meant to sit down at the table we’d booked on Monday, we called The Anchor Inn and despite being told at first that they were fully booked, they told us that they would be able to fit us in. The beef was delicious without an ounce of fat on it and perfectly cooked. The veggie roast was a mountain of veg including 6 roast potatoes! The Brownie and ice cream was decent too. The new landlord was extremely friendly as were the rest of the staff. This has now become our go-to place for a top drawer Sunday Roast.

Local pub with fantastic atmosphere. We're always made to feel welcome. Great kids area at the back of the pub and a pretty beer garden including sheltered area from the rain. Sports available on TV and dart board too. Careful on poker nights though...... You'd better have your game face ready 😉

Seven of us dined together to celebrate a birthday and retirement. The service was faultless, attentive, polite and friendly, the food excellent; several of us had the special main course of lamb shank and the meat was outstanding. The prices were very reasonable and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Nice place for good Italian food (although paella is also on the menu?). The starters were tasty and mains were too... My pizza was large and could not finish it. Only remark is the table is a bit small to eat comfortably and hold plates, drinks and condiments.

Best pizza in fleet. I ordered a cheese pizza with pepperoni as extra. One bite, everyone knows the rules! Zero flop, amazingly crisp but soft crust. Under carriage to die for. Perfect cheese to sauce ratio with a slightly spicey and salty pepperoni. Overall score 8.4 Crazy good, nothing else like it around

We LOVE La Casa for so many reasons, when I say 'we; I mean my friends and I and my husband and my family who come from miles away to meet at La Casa. Firstly, the staff greet you as you walk in, they really are so lovely and good at their job, professional, attentive, but not over the top, in a good way and friendly. Secondly, the food is delicious. I often have the Calamari, pate or the pesto, mozzerella and courgette dish, they are all my fav starters. Then the main course, pasta, pizza, rice dishes all so tasty. I have yet to try the Calzone, they are apparently lovely, they are also big for the hungry diner! It is the sort of place where you can go on your own, feel comfortable and safe. I see a lot of people do that and that speaks volumes about the place. There are also many regulars who come back on a regular basis and enjoy a lovely meal, a coffee, a glass of wine or a beer outside, and the live music which is often on a Wednesday night. I have been there when people were literally dancing in the street and in the restaurant, even the staff have joined in at times, all adding to the most special atmosphere. La Casa is a gem of a restaurant, ideal for solo meals, coffees, cosy twosomes, family nights, nights out with friends, girls nights out, boys nights out or those celebratory nights that we all love. We go often and we see all of these, so we speak from experience. Thank you La Casa, you really do make a difference to us and so many others. We love having you in Fleet

Lovely food and lovely service. We’ve been twice this month already! Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the meal and drinks were delicious.

The Queen's Head is an absolute gem! The food is outstanding—flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. Live music adds to the vibrant atmosphere, and the surroundings are simply stunning. Whether you're there for a meal, a drink, or to enjoy the tunes, it’s an all-around fantastic experience. food was excellent ,well worth a vist.😊real onion rings and the kids fish fingers were nice bits of cod in batter

Food was good, although the chicken wing portion is very stingy for the price, mains were nice, good portion size. Friend had bruschetta, which it wasn't.. cherry tomatoes cut in half with basalmic vinegar on ciabatta bread.. My main gripe was the service, it took 20 mins to take our starter order (pub was virtually empty) received them nearly an hour after sitting at the table.. The young ladies serving were polite and friendly.. easily fixed, to make a better experience for next time.

I now have a new favourite pub. Staff is friendly and professional, food is great and the atmosphere very cosy.

Excellent authentic Italian food and great service to go with it. Really lucky to eat here as I was staying at the adjoining hotel but would definitely come again if passing through.

We spent £90 for dinner for two people. Very polite, pleasant and funny staff. The atmosphere is far from Italy although the staff are very nice and funny shouting Italian words at random moments. The tables are covered with white ugly cheap tablecloths, the tablecloths hide ugly cheap tables. There is no music playing. The food is very tasty although the presentation is very basic. So I was a bit disappointed, as I wanted something unusual for this money, but in the end I just had a tasty meal. For starters we ordered prawns and something similar to a red salmon pie. As a main course we had sirlion steak and grilled salmon. From the drinks we had the Bahama mama and passion fruit martini (come without passion fruit in). So, it is 4/5 just for good service. Usual restaurant.

Had a lovely birthday meal here our first time here at the sapori di casa great authentic Italian, for starter I had a prawn dish which was to die for and my partner had mushroom bruschetta which was also very tasty, for mains my partner had a wild salmon past dish which was creamy and so tasty, I had wild boar sausage risotto which was lovely but one thing I would suggest that I was going to mention to the waiter Bobby but I did not as I could not fault the flavours, I just would have liked more wild boar sausage as I had 2 tiny pieces in my risotto but apart from that could not fault the dish. They also brought me out a birthday dish dessert and wished me a happy birthday which i thought was top notch on the restaurants part! Great service Great company Great food We will be back :)

Update October 2024: I would recommend smashed advocado on sourdough with bacon and poached eggs. It was very tasty and value for money. Never been in here before. Always had the impression of it as a greasy spoon café. Pleasantly surprised to see it wasn't. The food looked well presented and tasted nice. Atmosphere was a bit dampened. A touch loud when we were in. Staff were pleasant but just needed to be a bit more engaging. Eye contact and free flowing conversation. Felt rehearsed and perfunctory. Overall nice experience. Would visit again.

Came across this lovely lunchtime gem in Fleet. Huge portions and lots of variety One of my new favourites. Saturday lunchtime was popular every table filled.

My family and I just had an amazing breakfast at Two Spoons in Fleet. The staff were friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. The food was beautifully presented, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Given the quality of the meal, it’s excellent value for money.

A lovely treat. Great environment and the food was delicious.....particularly the prawn starter. The air-con unit did cause a little draft in my neck but was adjusted when asked. The strawberry/coconut cocktail was simply divine!!! Staff were so attentive and lovely. We wish we lived closer!!!

Fabulous pub with direct access to the Basingstoke Canal. Good selection of ales on tap and a good variety of food on the menu, plus daily specials and a roast on a Sunday. Kids menu is thorough and well priced. As well as having access onto the canal, there is also a small children's play area.

Nice place for a roast! Make sure you book as they're always booked up. We went as a 6 and everyone enjoyed the food. Me and my partner arrived early and walked the dog along the canal put the back and had a great time. Dog friendly pub! Parking is limited but plenty on the road

We walked along today from church crookham, haven't lived here long. And it's beautiful!! Lovely atmosphere, happy smiling staff, food was FANTASTIC, my fussy kiddos cleared their plates! The little play area kept them entertained whilst waiting (which wasn't long at all!!) Think this will become a regular spot for us!!
