Popped in today on the off chance we could get a table, glad we did!! 6 of us in total, from a 1 year old to a 64 year old...kids menu, burgers & roast dinners were all enjoyed!! Food was amazing, great value for money!! The team were amazing 👏 we will be back for sure!!!

Hadn't been in for years, well impressed. with the interior. Harrison and Claire served myself my partner and our little dog with drinks and foodwhich was excellent. (mixed grill, 8oz steak, corn and coleslaw).Really nice servers, professional friendly and approachable. Will definitely be back. Thank you Sue Jo & Winnie 😊

The biggest thank you to Claire and her team at the Cocked Hat. We booked here for my Grandmothers wake, and we are so pleased we did. I highly recommend for any function, you will not be disappointed. Claire the manager has been truly amazing from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and made the whole process seamless and stress free. The spread that they put on was amazing and everyone was commenting on how good the food was. The area we had for the wake was perfect and Claire was so attentive during the whole time. Once again thank you so much

My grandma has lived in the area for 24 years and has never stepped foot in this pub (no fault of the pub itself, it was just a lil far from where she lived) as we were packing up her house to move, we decided to have a meal out and we googled pubs in the area and this one came up. We looked at the menu and thought it looked fab so decided to give it a go... And we so lucky we did! As it was the best meal we've had in a LONG time! So much so, we have been back 4 times this week and have tried almost everything on the menu and let me tell you... EVERYTHING IS DELICIOUS and absolutely fantastic prices for the amount food and quality you get! Clare (mama bear) has been so friendly and such a good laugh and Martin has been very kind and the banter has been great with the both of them ❤️ It's such a shame that she's moving in the next few days or this would become our regular spot! Thank you again staff at The Cocked Hat, hopefully we will make the journey back for you're absolutely delectable dishes and sensational service ❤️ From the twins and their grandma 😊
