We had a flood in the kitchen from a pipe behind the sink. Steve arrived when he said he would, which was very quick. He was very professional and friendly and did a very good, clean job at a reasonable price. Thanks very much. Will definitely use again if we need to and would recommend.

James and his colleague came to fit our new boiler last week that we had purchased via Boxt. I can speak highly enough of the service Acute provided. They were incredible professional and considerate of the Covid situation we are all in. They had to carry out some additional pipe work to convert the old gas pipes, but this was undertaken without any fuss and the work was completed to a very high standard. From a time spent ons site perspective, again, they arrived on time (8am), having called the night before to confirm all details and were finished by around 3pm, having left the work area clean and tidy. Eddie was referred to me by a drainage specialist following severe blockages. I contacted him a couple of months later to ask him to replace my kitchen sink and toilet. I am over 70 and he kindly advised me on the items I needed and purchased them on my behalf as I would not be able to drag them into my small flat. On the day he did the work, he and an assistant arrived at 9.30 as promised. There were a couple of complications that required some extra small items. The job was finished by 3.30 despite him having to go out and purchase the items and I was very happy with the end result. I found Eddie to be totally honest, reliable and very knowledgeable, so much so that I have recommended him to my son who owns an Estate Agency in Clapham which Eddie is willing to travel to.

My plumbing leak was started from a softener connection hose then more leaks were found from a series of valves in the early Saturday morning. I turned off the mains, and made a couple of enquiries. Only Eddie from ELR Plumbing quoted and promised me a fixed price to repair the leaks per my request. All the others quoted the call out fees plus hourly rates which you never know the ceiling, especially at the weekend. Eddie came over on time, detected and identified the causes. He worked hard by overcoming the difficulties of access and 3 layers of walls which requires drilling very professionally. Due to the parts issue, he also had to make two return visits to fix them in different days. Eddie was very honest and credit. I observed and knew that the repairing time he spent must have been more than that he estimated, but Eddie kept the promise and had the works done perfectly. I am glad to know Eddie now. I definitely will use him again.

I called this plumbing company when I had an emergency leak. The person I spoke to was friendly and really helpful on the telephone, an engineer arrived within 30 minutes and solved the problem within the hour, which was due to a problem with my upstairs toilet. Reasonable price, very efficient and friendly. They also cleaned up there mess which was a plus as I have had contractors leave there mess behind for myself to clean up. Highly recommend to anyone reading this. I have already recommended to a friend who needed a heating job done.

I was very pleased with the work from HeatFix Emergency Plumber did at my house! He replaced my old electrical water heater tank with a new high efficiency gas operated unit. He and his assistant were on time, professional, very diligent in keeping the place clean, very clear in his explanation on how the job was going to be done. Also, he was very patient and answered all my questions. HeatFix Emergency Plumber team were also very respectful and mindful of anti-COVID procedures and always kept their mask on during their visit and kept safe distance when communicating with me. I found damage from a leak in my bathroom and reached out to The Plumber, I was able to get a visit booked the same day which was surprising as that’s not normally the case with plumbers. I had contact with Jack, Elliot & Ben, all of which were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me. The leak was in a difficult place due to me living in a new build with access issues, Ben & Elliot worked really hard to find the leak and fix it. They were both really helpful, transparent, polite and reassuring. Would definitely recommend their team!

Erol is a total legend! Had water coming out of the bottom of a wall when you flushed, where the cistern is fully concealed. Josh is a genius! He has fitted a new water heater for me. That was a real challenge and he worked tirelessly to get it done. He and Dan (his apprentice) also fitted a lovely shower for me in a situation that other plumbers wouldn't touch. My house is old and most of the pipe work is a wreck. This Sunday, he came and fixed a leak which was a result of some previous real cowboy plumbing. He did an absolutely wonderful job in very difficult cirumstances wedged in my tiny bathroom under the bath. Both Josh and Dan are real gentlemen and I would thoroughly recommend them for any plumbing job, big or small.

Well what a fantastic company we're been using them for some years now they fitted our boiler back in 2014 and have been looking after it ever since servicing and looking after us. So when we decided to add new central heating to the system there was only one choice cloverleaf ☘️ of course. A survey was done super quick working out what we needed a date was booked the filters turned up as booked on time the whole job took about a day and a half in total ( three bed terraced house) with no mess both filters work hard and with total professionalism. Been using Cloverleaf for a number of years and they recently undertook installing new heating for another family member in quite a tricky house. We had our boiler service done today by Joe who was very competent, knowledgeable and very thorough. He was happy to answer all of our questions and didn’t appear rushed or in a hurry to leave.
