James and his colleague came to fit our new boiler last week that we had purchased via Boxt. I can speak highly enough of the service Acute provided. They were incredible professional and considerate of the Covid situation we are all in. They had to carry out some additional pipe work to convert the old gas pipes, but this was undertaken without any fuss and the work was completed to a very high standard. From a time spent ons site perspective, again, they arrived on time (8am), having called the night before to confirm all details and were finished by around 3pm, having left the work area clean and tidy. I have to say I think Robbie is one of a kind. True professional and very skilled at what he does. We originally called him for a random problem with our boiler. Inevitably, that problem led to another problem. Robbie wouldn’t leave until he had a solution and even called an electrician to come and get everything up and running again. His pricing is super fair and he knows his stuff … all of this with a smile on his face. Top guy! Five stars from me.

We had an aged / failing boiler system which needed replacing along with radiators throughout the property requiring power flushing and we appointed Mr. Byron and team based on their fair / comprehensive proposals but more importantly the sound professional advice they provided during our initial conversation - Mr. Byron was very patient in his explanations, answering my questions and presented options to suit our requirements. Mr. Byron and team were always very punctual, professional, pro-active, provided robust solutions, very accommodating to our aesthetic requirements and coordinated the works very efficiently amongst his team. Excellent joinery work, great finishing and overall very professional workmanship. My family were also present at the time and the team were very considerate to our requirements around the house. Fast forward over a year and the boiler system is continuing to work efficiently - In addition, Priority Plumbing have assisted several times on short notice jobs such as a radiator and tap replacement with again services and quality delivered to a very high standard. Priority Plumbing are my go to professionals for this work and would highly recommend Mr. Byron and the team.

Andy came to fix my boiler within 24 hours. He even doesn’t mind work on Sat. He is quite professional and experienced to check my boiler and accurately identified the problem. He replaced a new fan and my boiler resumed its functioning. He also conducted a regular check on my boiler. He is generous to give me advice on how to maintain my boiler and gas system. He didn’t mind answering my questions and explaining in details. He is tidy and would not make my place messy. He finished the installation and checking within 2 hours. Good job!

Great service. Have used Georgie before for plumbing in appliances and sink issue. Had issue with leaking and whistling cistern and contacted him via WhatsApp. Very quick to respond and was able to diagnose and fix within 24 hours.
