I had a radiator leaking badly and Kev came out within 10 mins and stopped the leak - very friendly, personable and professional- highly recommend his services

Fantastic and careful service. Kev took out the old bathroom we inherited when we moved last year, put us in contact with a plasterer and a tiler and came back to install a whole new bathroom suite. He listened to what we wanted and advised on the best way to have it done. Then he got on with it. He channelled out a wall to fit a new shower, even prepared the hangings for our toilet roll holder and pulled up the old floor tiles as he “had the tools out anyway.” It wasn’t an easy room to work in but he worked swiftly and with care. We had originally called him out as the old bath was leaking and the sink’s mixer tap was moving around. He advised us on the most affordable solution as we were planning to replace the whole suite. That’s why we chose Kev when we finally had time to have the whole room done. He’ll be doing the kitchen too 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Had Kev renew a mixure tap and a shower screen retainer/support . Really pleased with the results. Initially he popped round and looked at what needed to be done and explained what he needed to do. He gave a price which we agreed to and a date for the work was set. Will definitely use again.

Kev is a really nice guy! He came round at a moment's notice on the weekend to replace our toilet. He recommended a supplier and everything was finished very quickly. He has always had 5 stars.

We have just had our boiler serviced and the service was excellent. Quick and efficient, cleaned up after themselves and left it all clean and tidy. I've had all my new radiators fitted by these guys and I couldn't recommend enough, nothing is ever an issue! I am quite particular in my home and they have always fitted pipework underground for me, no other company I tried offered me this. I'm only half way through my renovation and wouldn't go anywhere else. 🥰

Tom and Bill done a brilliant job for the installation of a new central heating system at my home. Really quick turn around and no question was too big of an ask. The work was completed satisfactorily but communication with the customer needs to be improved. I originally had a time of 12:00 to 18:00 which was fine. I then received an email saying 15:30. I then received another email saying 14:00. I queried this with the office and was told to ignore those emails! Then when Luke was on site at about 15:40 I got a text saying he would be here at about 16:30! This is the reason for 4 star review. Get that communication sorted and it will be 5 stars

We've used Guscott Heating Services for over three years for various things ranging from new outside taps, problems with cisterns, boiler issues and now a new boiler at my mums. Guscott came to the rescue and from quote to boiler being fitted it was less than a week. I called Wednesday morning and spoke to Jack who then arranged for Lewis came out the same day to quote and then Harland moved things around so that my mum wasn't without hot water. We had a wonderful experience with Stewart at the Kent plumber. Stewart is a knowledgeable & professional multi trader who completely redesigned three rooms in my house, being, my en suit bathroom, main house bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. This included taking all three rooms back to bare brick and starting again. From start to finish we felt that he really understood what we wanted in our designs, he was helpful and full of tips and suggestions, for example, I had never thought about having a bath with no taps! and nothing was too much trouble. All major work was completed to an exceptionally high standard. He is friendly, reliable, trustworthy and fairly priced. Have had a maintenance contract with TMW for years now. They are always polite and friendly, and explain any questions we have. Brandon arrived very quickly (the same day), and was excellent fixing the blocked pipe which caused our boiler exhaust to make bubbling noises, and was also slowing the kitchen sink drainage. There was a black pipe against the back of the wall under the sink which we had never even noticed before. A small section of pipe needed cutting out and replacing. He completed the job quickly, and with very little mess. A brilliant service, as usual. Thank you TMW.

Dave (DB Plumbing Services) and James( his apprentice) were professional from start to finish. They completed 3 major projects in our house: 1) The installation of a new upstairs bathroom, which included a new pipework system for the new bath and shower, new tiling throughout, new ceiling and laying new flooring. 2) Creating a new downstairs toilet and utility area which included installing a new toilet, sink, new pipework, new ceiling, tiling throughout and laying new ceramic flooring. 3) Installing a new combi boiler and new pipework to replace a 25 year old back boiler system. Dave was a great help in the initial planning of the projects, even researching and sourcing the bathroom products for us, that we were unable to find. He found the right size toilet, sink and trap, that exactly fitted our awkward sized spaces. Nothing was too much trouble for Dave. When our washing machine needed to be disconnected, he even ensured we could continue to use it in another space, where they weren't working, by loaning us appropriate piping to support this. Dave and James completed faultless bathroom and shower installations with impressive tiling throughout and laid ceramic and click flooring, in both our bathroom and toilet spaces. They also patiently fitted cabinets and many accessories for us. Dave works to his own, very high standards, in a calm and stress free way but regularly consulted with us to make sure that we were happy with the work. Dave and James arrived punctually and pleasantly every morning. They worked really hard and were so tidy, clearing up everything thoroughly, despite doing a lot of work, installing pipes in various different parts of our house. When installing our new bathroom, Dave applied his extensive plumbing knowledge and problem solving skills to achieve excellent results. Would definitely recommend Keith. Came out the next morning to help! We needed a shock arrestor fitted for the boiler. Very honest and knowledgeable. Doesn't try to to take advantage like some of the numbers I rang on check a trade who wanted nearly double for the work! Very professional, explained what he was doing and very tidy. Keith from My Heating is outstanding, he came at very short notice, diagnosed our problem and gave us a very reasonable price. Our hot water problem ended up requiring a new boiler, he was very transparent in his prices and returned to do the work with the electrician on time and made a very tidy job. I will recommend Keith to all my friends and family as he does an excellent job, and it’s nice to find a tradesman you can trust to do the work properly.

I asked My Heating to replace my old boiler with a combi one. Keith explained the work involved and provided me with a detailed quote that covered everything discussed. I found My Heating easy to get hold of, and was able to book the work in for a time that suited. We were very happy with the work completed, no issues at all. Keith did a follow up call to make sure everything was ok. A great service.
