At last a plumber you can rely on! Arrived on time, every time. Assessed what had to be done and carried it out in a timely and efficient manner. All work areas were left clean and tidy. Installed 4 radiators, gas oven, hob and sink. I do not normally leave reviews, but felt that that the standard of service received warranted it.

Absolutely brilliant service. We called them out on Tuesday, they arrived on Wednesday and diagnosed the problem with our shower and fitted a new one on the Thursday. Considering the price of complete showers on their own the price was very reasonable. A good efficient service.

This was my first time of using the company. I need a Radiator valve replaced plus a new PRV. Ryan attended and speedily and efficiently did both. He didn't need to drain the system so the price was then adjusted to reflect that. An honest, efficient and trustworthy company that I'd absolutely recommend.

I have had a few problems from a leak under my sink to bathroom plumbing issues. Billy from Kent Heating & Plumbing came at short notice every time, and resolved the problem efficiently. I've had all my new radiators fitted by these guys and I couldn't recommend enough, nothing is ever an issue! I am quite particular in my home and they have always fitted pipework underground for me, no other company I tried offered me this. I'm only half way through my renovation and wouldn't go anywhere else. 🥰

We have just had our boiler serviced and the service was excellent. Quick and efficient, cleaned up after themselves and left it all clean and tidy. Have had a maintenance contract with TMW for years now. They are always polite and friendly, and explain any questions we have. Brandon arrived very quickly (the same day), and was excellent fixing the blocked pipe which caused our boiler exhaust to make bubbling noises, and was also slowing the kitchen sink drainage. There was a black pipe against the back of the wall under the sink which we had never even noticed before. A small section of pipe needed cutting out and replacing. He completed the job quickly, and with very little mess. A brilliant service, as usual. Thank you TMW.

I had a new combi boiler fitted by this company a few years ago this involved a lot of new pipe work, Mike,Scott and Brandon all worked in my house and were very efficient and friendly. I also have a service contract with them and a couple of plumbing problems I have had have all been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I have recommended them to friends who have also been pleased with there work, and I will continue to do so

From the initial consultation to the final installation, the service and support I received were outstanding. Mike was my first point of contact and came to assess the property. He explained everything clearly and provided a detailed, competitive quote - communication was excellent throughout. When I mentioned I had no hot water, he kindly expedited the installation by adjusting their schedule, which I really appreciated. The boiler was installed quickly, taking just one day. The two engineers were polite, efficient, and maintained a clean workspace, and despite my numerous questions, they were patient and friendly the entire time. I felt completely comfortable leaving them in my home while I ran errands – very trustworthy. Overall, Tibble Murray Woods is a fantastic small business with a friendly, honest, and professional approach. I will start off with how professional Danny is, his knowledge and understanding of his trade is amazing. The work he did for myself and my family was very thorough and really cared about delivering an amazing service, which he most certainly did. I now want to speak upon the work Danny did, 3 days before Christmas. We struggled to find any local gas engineer to come and fit our appliances, some even being rude and hanging up on me. I called Brightside to help with the changing of a mixer tap on a bath - although it sounds routine, there were serious access issues. However, Rob arrived, assessed the situation and after navigating the near impossible space and angles, managed to get the job done. Although it took longer than a tap change might usually take (around 80 minutes from arrival to leaving) Rob did a great job and I’ll definitely be going back for other jobs in the future. In addition, the people running the phone lines were also exemplary. From my initial call to making the payment post-job, they were positive, professional and polite at all times. All in all, a great local business for those in the Medway and wider Kent area.

Made a wonderfull job of the bathroom! Fitted a walk in shower, toilet and basin and laid a new floor too. Very competitive prices as well. Left our home clean and tidy every day, was a pleasure to have him here. So good we've booked him for another jib early next year!!!
