I needed a repair on my 18 year old central heating boiler which had served me faithfully for 18 years. Thomas replied to my call very promptly - on a Sunday!!. At first he thought he would be able to repair the boiler but it turned out that in the end it required a new circuit board and he told me it was going to be quite expensive. I had already considered a new boiler and I decided to go ahead with that but I stress that Thomas was prepared to keep trying to get the old one going again if that had been what I wanted. He gave me a price which I was happy with and he fitted a Baxi 830 combination boiler including a magnetic filter and a Hive wi-fi thermostat to give me remote control over the heating system. The installation was quick and efficient and he made sure that everything was working as it should be. He even registered the 10 year parts and labour guarantee for me. He cleaned up very efficiently. If I had been able to give him 10 stars for this job it would still not be enough. At 75 I have had many people doing jobs for me over the years but I have never had better service. If you need a plumbing or heating job done TS Plumbing Services is the place to go.

Ethan and Sam helped me create my dream bathroom, they were friendly, helpful, highly-skilled and efficient. Great at coming up with clever solutions when my plans wouldn't quite work, excellent communication and very tidy! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for the highest quality workmanship and finish. This must be Margate's best bathroom!

I called Beaumont Plumbing Solutions in the morning and within an hour he called back with the good news one of his team would be there in 30 minutes. Ethan turned and was extremely polite and after reviewing the shower tray, which was a problem for many plumbers, he went straight to work and the blockage within 30 minutes cleaning the area as he was leaving. Such a service is hard find and I will be using them for my plumbing works.

This must be the millionth time Ethan came to the rescue. The first time was a year ago after we had another plumber damage our home. Ethan and his team corrected all the leaks and damage. The most recent time, my hot water was not coming out. Arrived on the same day, as they said. As always clean, wear foot protectors so respect the clients home. He always thoroughly explains what the issues are so its all understood. The only plumbers I trust. Thankyou once again.

First may I thank Tyrone and Ben for being so efficient in dealing with my plumbing issues haha! I have never in all the time living in Tenterden for 7 years have I had “professionals” arrange to visit and deal with the issues so promptly and in one whole day! I should know as I have had many quotes request for maintaining this home with some so called professionals not even turning up or me waiting with zero communications to actually do the job! This was an unplanned messy job for Tyrone and Ben involving clearing the main drains which they dealt with so efficiently. I told them I had blocked up sink but they discovered that it was much more than that but just went on to deal with it all in the same day along with new kitchen taps/plumbing and installing a long awaited brand new shower unit needed (waiting on other plumbers) . By the way, Ben was as efficient as you Tyrone when left to do the finishing plumbing appliances. Very courteous and arrived ready to show me the product he had ordered and collected (on the same day) for my shower and kitchen sink before installing them. Checking that I was happy with what was ordered. I am a very patient homeowner who understands that contractors are busy all times of the. year. All I ask is that they take the time to communicate instead of leaving me waiting... TG Plumbers and Bathrooms surprised me with their excellent service which involved explaining step by step what needed to be done. I felt so happy to be treated with respect and felt like I had a new kitchen and bathroom again! I will certainly recommend them and use them again.

Excellent from initial contact through to completion. We contacted Ty for a quotation for the installation of a replacement shower. He was polite, gave good advice and a reasonable quote that we acceptable. The work, that included replacement tiling, was carried out on the agreed day by another member of the team, who again was polite, repectful and always checked with us to agree action required on minor issues that were found within our current plumbing. The finished work is 1st class and these guys will be my first call for any future work.

I moved into a new house with numerous problems. It was a massive relief to have all the plumbing issues resolved, and to a professional standard. I had a new boiler installed, my shower system replaced, new taps for my bath & sink, and toilet & washing machine pipes fixed. Brilliant service from EcoHeat. I found them via many recommendations on Facebook and they replaced our boiler first and then came back to install a new bathroom. The office staff and the plumbers were all friendly, polite and really efficient. We were very pleased with the fabulous end result - it looks like a luxury hotel bathroom! Cannot recommend them highly enough.
