Excellent from initial contact through to completion. We contacted Ty for a quotation for the installation of a replacement shower. He was polite, gave good advice and a reasonable quote that we acceptable. The work, that included replacement tiling, was carried out on the agreed day by another member of the team, who again was polite, repectful and always checked with us to agree action required on minor issues that were found within our current plumbing. The finished work is 1st class and these guys will be my first call for any future work.

We called yesterday afternoon re a leak under our bath. Ben arrived this morning and fixed the problem within an hour. Was polite, informative and got the job done leaving our bathroom in an immaculate condition. Would use this company again in a heartbeat !!! Steve & Sophia.

Great Job! Had some leak and noise issues with our bath taps. After being told elsewhere that we might need the bath ripping out to access the pipes, Steve managed to resolve without this big job for a fraction of the price. Very happy.

Steve came to do quite an urgent job for me of capping some pipes before some other work could be completed. He was able to come at a specific time to work around this which was much appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout. Steve was on time and very professional. I'm extremely happy with the work done, price was competitive and everything was left clean and tidy. I have already booked him in to do some other jobs (new radiator and service our boiler). Highly recommended.

Shane replied quickly to my enquire and came to fix the leak the next day. Replaced a few items in the bathroom with new parts and left the job clean and tidy. A very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Shane came out last week to look ar our shower mixer bar. He couldn't repair it so suggested we get a new one. He didnt charge us for coming out to us. Over the weekend we had a new one delivered and he came this morning to swap it. Excellent service, good work, I paid him just for the work he did, a reasonable price too. I would recommend him.

Nick has done a few jobs for us recently, including draining the system, fitting a new valve and checking pump and boiler. After calling 1st aid plumbing, Joel came out to repair our plumbing issue within 2 hours. What we initially thought would be a relatively simple job , uncovered a not so simple job and a leak. Joel was absolutely brilliant, fixed the leak and piping issues. Cleared up afterwards and was very polite and professional. Damian, very professional, competent plumbing Engineer, sound advice, not pushy. Supplied and fitted a water softener that had made an enormous difference to the quality of our water. Plus they do have after care service ( supply of salt blocks and filter changing etc) which is just as important as the installation. Would highly recommend ( and have already done so with a relation)
