I couldn't rate Daniel highly enough for turning a Saturday morning drama of a leaking kitchen radiator into a good and reassuring experience. From calling Daniel, he was with me within and hour and a half, even keeping me updated on when he was due to arrive. A really lovely person who I would be more than happy to use again. He sorted the problem quickly and gave lots of good advice along the way. Very reasonable call out charge, I am very happy that everything was resolved quickly and efficiently.

17th December 2022 Daniel came to have a look at my heating which stopped working. I had called 9 other companies at the time and either nobody was available or I would have to wait min 6h for someone to come out. That wasn’t an option as I have two young children and I was desperate for help. Daniel was a Godsend, picked up within one ring and was here fixing the issue in no time. Super quick response, all in all took him only about 20 min to arrive , he was super professional and polite throughout the service. I was able to make a card payment which I found super efficient. I would highly recommend GK&S Plumbing as it was good value for money and quality service every step of the way.

Fantastic, responsive communication and prompt action when I had no hot water for three days! Jordan came round at a time to accommodate my working day, identified the issue and was able to replace the faulty part there and then. Excellent service, honest and trustworthy and good value too. Jordan responded at short notice to fix a leaking pipe connection which was dripping water through the new kitchen ceiling. It had been installed badly by another plumber only weeks earlier. Jordan also rectified the outside condensing pipe (also done by the other plumber) which not only leaked but wasn't regulation anyway. Jordan was very professional and polite and I'll use him for all my heating/plumbing in the future. Already recommended him to my neighbour.

We called JPS out due to the boiler having stopped working - because of all the heavy rain. Jordan came out quickly to assess the situation, he was prompt to diagnose and set about ordering the necessary parts. Once the parts were in, he ensured he came back to resolve the issues. We really appreciated him working late, doing all the gas safety checks and issuing a safety certificate.

A real problem totally resolved. Jordan responded to our urgent request, arrived on time, assessed the problem and set about a resolution. It became a greater challenge as the job progressed but Jordan remained focused on resolving the issue for us. He was totally professional, stayed until the job was completed to our full satisfaction. I recommend him with the full belief that he will continue to offer excellent service, so much so that we are contacting him to carry-out some now non-urgent work for us.

Ryan got back to me immediately with prices and booking dates available. Quick and efficient! After trying to find a plumber to help with our underfloor heating and replacing radiators for weeks with no joy and being let down by others it was nice to see Ryan and his team know how to treat their customers right! Richard and his team recently completed an absolutely fantastic bathroom project at our house. Nick has done a few jobs for us recently, including draining the system, fitting a new valve and checking pump and boiler. What can I say. From the moment I rang gaughans group to the completed job I cannot fault. Charlie called 30 minutes before hand to advise me he was on route. On arrival he turned up smart and with a positive can do attitude. We had our rear garden drains overflowing and Charlie was quick to get to work and resolve. On completion he even flushed and sanitised the garden area. We cannot recommend them enough. Would be recommending them to all our friends and family.

A couple of months ago the team took time to listen and gave good advice on the size and shape of a sink and toilet for a very narrow cloakroom. The delivery was on time and now it's installed it fits in perfectly and looks good. Thank you. last week I took in some gutter parts that had fallen down and they were able to find correct size replacement parts (different colour) which fitted correctly. We are currently redoing our kitchen when we noticed a leak under the sink, we were stuck until the leak could be repaired and thankfully Andy came out the same day and quickly fixed the issue for us. Central heating stopped working on Friday 13th! My usual service engineers could come the following Tuesday but would not do any work, just inspect the fault. Even though they know us as a trusted customer, they wanted £70 up front before visiting. I found Pro Plumbing randomly on line. I called Rob for the first time. He was obviously busy and I did not leave a message. He called back within half an hour and popped 'round later that day, tested and diagnosed the fault and promised to sort it Tuesday at the latest. On Monday he sent Brendan who fixed the fault and had tge system working again within an hour. That's what I call service! I will be switching all my heating and plumbing services to GM Pro Plumbing.

Rob and team recently fitted a lovely and efficient new boiler for us at a competitive price. Even compared to the new online boiler companies. They were polite, prompt and communicative and willing to come out in the first place to assess previous boiler which was on the blink (no mean feat at this time of year!).
