We are interested in antiques and collectibles and visited Chesapeake Mill on a cold wet Sunday. It was very busy but we were lucky to find a spot in their car park. The Mill has some interesting relics of its original use and some historical photos and details well presented in a small room. The stock is very varied and it's an enjoyable place to browse around. There is a pleasant looking tearoom too, which we didn't use, but we would be tempted next time.

Great Antique and vintage centre. Over 40 dealers selling whole range of products over two floors, all in historic old mill. Built using timbers from the United States frigate Chesapeake, which was captured by the Royal Navy during the War of 1812. Architecturally, the mill is the finest example of re-used ship timbers within an industrial building outside the confines of the Royal Dockyards. Walking around the mill you can hear gushing water around the mill and many of the old machinery is still in place It also has a lovely little cafe on site with a seating area outside.

Wonderful! A labyrinth of antiques, curiosities, and the weird and wonderful spread over two large floors full of nooks and cranies, squeaky, uneven floorboards. Spent hours in there! A welcome break spent in the small but thoughtfully planned outdoor space using fully glazed safety barriers, giving maximum views of the babbling Brook. Nice coffee and cake too! And yes, I did buy something! Will share soon x

Lots of interesting little sections full of vintage antiquities nice cafè too. Small car park & 1 disabled space. Not ideal for wheelchair users. See website for more pics.
